I bought this for headache and migraine days, and it has become one of those products I’m genuinely so glad I found. I love it, my mom loves it, and for us it has been a game changer. The coolness and gentle pressure feel incredible when my head hurts, and I love that it covers so much of my head at once. I personally don’t even put mine in the freezer—I find it soothing exactly as it is. I’ll use it on its own for a lesser headache or alongside medication when I need more help. The biggest endorsement I can probably give it, though? I use it even when I don’t have a headache. I’ll sometimes put it on at night simply because the coolness and pressure feel so relaxing. It’s one of those purchases that I actually use regularly, and I’d buy it again without hesitation.

I have a handful of migraine caps. I suffer with migraines and tension headaches that escalate to a migraine as well as hormonal migraines. I have two of these and only will use my other ones if these ones aren’t cold anymore and I’m waiting on them to get super cold again. These stay cold for about 20-30 mins compared to my thinner cheaper ones only staying cold for about 10. These ones are bulkier and heavier but I think that the weight honestly adds to how well they work. I’ve fallen asleep with it on and I have a very hard time falling asleep with migraines. It’s like instant relief when you put it on and lie down. Gonna get a couple more of these and retire my cheaper ones. This is wellllll worth the money

LOVE THIS!! I get migraines very often and it feels amazing if you have optical migraines. If you put it in the freezer and pull it out a couple hours later it stays cold for a very long time. Feels great to sleep in, like having someone hug your head. Super easy to clean if something gets on it. The cap itself is weighted and I was honestly surprised by the weight. The material it is made out of it so soft and just slides right on your head so easy plus hasn't messed up my hair after sleeping in it for hours.

These work BUT -cooling affect lasts about 20 minutes. So have multiples on hand if like me, your migraines last from hours to days. -if you put it over your eyes directly from the freezer EXPECT a brain freeze headache on top of the migraine. Just give it about 5 minutes before pulling it down over the eyes to avoid this. -have multiples of these stored in the freezer at all times (at least i do). -DON’T SUBMERGE IN WATER! Yep, i did this. The cap is NOT neoprene like i thought it was. It contains a gel or something inside or integrated into the material somehow. When it was submerged it swelled up, and not uniformly so. Now i can’t wear it any longer and i can’t get the water out. It’s similar to the material of a wet baby diaper now. I still use it as a cold pack but the original function is no longer possible. That’s my fault. With all of that in mind I have sent these to my adult children who also suffer from migraine headaches. I also use these on my head while working in the yard to avoid overheating. I recommend putting them in a gallon size ziplock freezer bag in a small cooler with ice to have at the ready when needed for immediate use outside or bedside. Otherwise, as I’ve mentioned, store in the freezer.

This helps me with my migraines! It feels so good around my head. Just the right compression in my opinion. I wait a few minutes after taking it out the freezer because it’s too cold for me and kind of hurts but it’s perfect after 3-5 minutes! It stays cold for about 30 minutes and I wish it was longer but it’s just enough to get me feel better. Happy with my purchase!

I suffer from occulat migraines as well as tension headaches and if I don't catch them in time, it can be downright agonizing while I wait for my medications to kick in. This Migraine cap has been a lifesaver for those instances. First thing I noticed was the weight of the cap, its made of a thick gel and has a really nice heavier weight to it which I've found to be quite calming. It can be worn over the eyes or you can kinda flip it up or pull it up to just above the eyes and due to the weight it applies the right amount of pressure in all the right places to help relieve the headache. It does a pretty good job at blocking out the light which for me is really important because I get migraines with an aura so I'm pretty light sensitive when I get them. The outer cover is a really soft silky material and the gel itself is already pretty cool to the touch. I personally store mine in the freezer so it gets really cold and it holds its temperature for at least a good 30 minutes or so, which is the perfect amount of time for my medications to start kicking it. It also does a pretty good job of blocking out extra light which is really important to me as I get migraines with an aura so I am really sensitive to light. At first I was a bit skeptical but my doctor had recommended trying a migraine cap to see if it helped at all and they were right. I can't recommend it enough. It's also really nice for helping relieve tension, if I'm having a hard time relaxing at bedtime I'll pull it out and it helps me relax enough to be able to fall asleep.

I was hesitant to try another off brand migraine cap, but I am so glad I did. This cap has a nice weight and thickness to it and stays cold for a decent amount of time. I also love the color and look of the cap, but the main thing is that it works well. I only have one minor issue and that is wanting a little more of a snug fit. But overall it is very comfortable to wear, and it works well for a headache and hot flashes, and the price is reasonable.

Great item, works a treat! Heavy to wear but very cooling when in a lying position.

The gel is thick and is 360 degrees as advertised. Unlike many other cheaper options on Amazon where the gel pads only cover half the head (front or back) despite their advertising. the coolness only lasts about 30min even when taken ice cold from the freezer but it’s better than nothing. This has helped me avoid taking painkillers for my migraines.
