I have a handful of migraine caps. I suffer with migraines and tension headaches that escalate to a migraine as well as hormonal migraines. I have two of these and only will use my other ones if these ones aren’t cold anymore and I’m waiting on them to get super cold again. These stay cold for about 20-30 mins compared to my thinner cheaper ones only staying cold for about 10. These ones are bulkier and heavier but I think that the weight honestly adds to how well they work. I’ve fallen asleep with it on and I have a very hard time falling asleep with migraines. It’s like instant relief when you put it on and lie down. Gonna get a couple more of these and retire my cheaper ones. This is wellllll worth the money

Get super cold for when you have a headache. The material is very slick and comfortable. This doesn’t even really mess my hair up when I use it. Helps me relax when I have a headache. Highly recommend.

Definitely should have gotten one of these years ago. The combined all-around coldness, dark and pressure is very helpful. Better than a normal ice pack. Worth the money for those who have migraines. Consider buying two so that you can keep a rotation going where you are chilling one and using one.

Love it so much. Stays cool even out of the freezer. Only four stars because it could be slightly snugger. Slips right on, is super comfortable, and has very nice material.

Amazing product. I can’t put it directly on my forehead because it gets too cold. But for those who know migraines… it immediately takes that throbbing away. Will be buying more because I’m fighting with my husband over who gets to use it!

I bought one and loved it so much I came back to buy another one. These stay pretty cold for quite a long time. I love how flexible the gel stays even when it has been in the freezer.

Freeze well, fit well for migraine and sinuses, and headaches. Durable, smooth material, stays cold, no scent. Material is soft and well made. I definitely recommend this as a great alternative for pain relief.

This is very comforting, the pressure eased the pain, the chill is soothing for migraines. It’s much more effective than piling a heap of cold packs around my head. It feels soft and comfortable.
