Very easy to figure out and use. The Product was made to perfectly fit my lower back and is very comfortable to use. Relieves pain very effectively as it positions my lumbar spine with a friction free surface. The item is also very well made and of good quality. I have had no issues with any mechanical errors as it does its job perfectly fine. No sort or discomfort or pain caused by the device. Definitely would recommend to anyone with any sort of lumbar discomfort.

Its helpful, but not as much as advertised. Imagine you crank the device to separate your rib cage from your hips while the upper and lower halves each maintain traction against your skin. Well, then what happens to your skin? You can only separate these two pieces by so much before your skin will get stretched to the point that it hurts. I've measured my height before and after my max stretch with this device and was able to achieve +3mm in overall height (originally 5ft 9in). As a reference, after waking up from 6-8hrs of sleep, my height difference is +0.75in which only lasts about 30-60min.

I think this traction device may be best for trauma patients or bedridden patients, like after an auto accident, or perhaps patients with severe scoliosis. It is a bulky, heavy, medical device with hand cranks that stick out the sides. It does stretch your back, but best, as the directions say, when lying down rather than walking around. And it's too bulky to wear under clothes. I returned mine and got a MerryBack, which was much more comfortable and worked better for my low back spinal stenosis, degenerative disk and sciatica.

Cheap. Fall apart in one day

Putting it on and using it is fairly easy but positioning it takes a minute to adjust properly so it doesn't just slide off. It's probably different for everyone. Although it sounds expensive it is very well made and totally worth the relief! My dad has decent mobility but doing stretches or yoga is very difficult and this device is able to do that in just a few minutes of use. Great for back pain and for stretching your back as well.

A great product for those that have back pain,have used the belt for a couple of weeks and feel it is helpful, diminishing the back pain enough to get through daily chores. Appreciate that the product is well designed and manufactured. The pump and valve screw take a bit of perseverance but once you get the hang of it, it works well. If your low back hurts, I’d say it is certainly worth a try.👍

My husband has had back problems for years! He has degenerative disc disease and also has had 2 spine surgeries. He is on pain medication 24/7 so I figured this couldn’t hurt to try. He absolutely loves it! He is religiously using it 1x a day and says it really makes a big difference for him. The design makes it way to use and he doesn’t need any assistance putting it on.
