OtterBox Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Defender Series Case - Black

I left my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra in this Otterbox case either on the hood of my car or the top of my car by mistake, and went inside to take a nap after a long day at work. When I woke up I couldnt find my phone anywhere, my Galaxcy watch wont connect to it, I check in the car and in my yard, and cannot locate it anywhere in the house. I use the find my phone feature for Android/Samsung phones and see that my phone is about 2 miles down the street from my house in front of our local fire station. At this point it has begun to rain, hard, and I am worried about the phone now getting wet as well. I drive down there and park at the fire station and am looking in the road for my phone and there it is on the side of the road, looking like it got ran over and destroyed. I get it in my car and peal off the screen protector that has unlimited cracks and scratches in it, and then remove this case from the phone. The cash itself was broken, the plastic was broken and it was barely staying together to stay on the phone. After inspecting the phone I determined that there was no damage to the phone at all, no water damage, no screen cracks, no chips or scratches. So long story short, this case protected my phone when it fell off of a moving car in a 55 mph zone and hit the concrete, and where the phone was at in the street when I found it I am sure that another car must have run it over as well. I came back here to write this review and to order the same case to protect the same phone I was able to recover with no issues. This phone case is FABULOUS!¹* QUALITY It's sturdy and protects my phone like nothing else I've tried - WITHOUT excess bulk. COLOR This combo is especially easy on the eyes, and true to the pix. I love that it is NOT glaringly pink, more of a berry/mulberry combo. INSTALLATION It was crazy easy to put on. The hard pieces snapped together without hesitation and the soft cover stays secure after gently pushing in the edges with little—if any—effort. CONVENIENCE • Material used for the outer case prevents my phone from sliding whether propped on a smooth countertop or sitting on my Explorer's center console. • A lanyard spot on the bottom?? Nice! FIT • This case fits perfectly and keeps my S25 Ultra snug and secure. • Lacking bulk, I can slide this into my jeans' back pocket, yoga pants' side pocket, and phone attachment on my 5.11 backpack. • The C port cover fits exceptionally well, if not a little stiff. But it doesn't stress the charging cable at all, and closes very securely. • Sound is not hampered in any way and buttons are easy to locate/use without mistaking one for another. CONCLUSION 10☆ if I could! When it becomes necessary to upgrade my phone, THIS is the case I will hunt down and repurchase for it. ¹Updated after 3 months of consistent use *STILL fabulous after 11 months' use! It continues to look as good as the day it arrived, and has kept my phone safe & secure throughout. I would NOT hesitate to repurchase this phone case for upgraded phone models down the road. In fact, it is saved in a wish list for reference so I know where to look when that day comes.

Time and time again, the OtterBox has saved my phone. I wouldn’t go a day without one on my phone because my phone wouldn’t last very long if I didn’t. I’m a klutz! It’s compatible with my wireless phone. I have no trouble charging it. It was easier to install that I thought it would be. I have no problems with hitting the buttons once I get it on. Highly recommend! Don’t take the chance a permanently damaging your phone and needing to buy a new one. That’s an expensive loss and this is an affordable, proactive way to keep it from happening. I am HARD on a phone. I drop a phone often. I am grateful that this product was invented.

As my title states this Case is an "OG" when it comes to protective phone cases. Prior to retiring OtterBox cases were the only cases my large agency used to protect their phone investment. So naturally when I had to protect my personal Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra I wanted the same protection, so I ordered OtterBox's Defender Series case. When it arrived, I quickly read the easy to follow instructions and had it installed within minutes. I like the rubbery feel of the lower part of the case since it allows for a secure grip even with gloves. Additionally, with the construction of this case the three side buttons are easily accessible since they are "Outies" made of rubber which provide a very "tactile" feel and are easy to push even with gloves on. With respect as to how the case itself looks, I must admit this not my favorite part. The black case was my preference among the available cases. But I would have preferred a "clear look" case since I paid a higher price for the "looks" of my S25 Ultra and now they are hidden by the black case. The other minor issue for me was the phone holster does not come with the phone. If you want the holster you can order it (and get it for free by using a promotional code inside the box) from OtterBox. I ordered the holster because I occasionally use it. However, I would have preferred they either supply it with the case or offer the case (without the holster) for a lesser price. Thus, it would have been my decision from the beginning.

It's an Otterbox, so of course it provides good protection. I got it on a half price sale during Prime Days, so the value was good. The only downsides are on one side of the case, it doesn't quite fit like the other side. A lot of people wouldn't notice but it bugs me a bit. It also causes my screen protector to lift so I have to pop the screen protector back down several times a day. Also, it seems to attract dirt and kind of stains easily. I've tried to clean it, but it doesn't really help. So, it looks a bit dingy now which is disappointing. However, I need the protection of this case. Well, I guess technically my phone needs the protection of this case seeing as I have destroyed more than one phone through my never-ending clumsiness.. I have dropped this phone a few times since I got this case on it and the phone has survived without a scratch. All the buttons are very accessible. It goes on as easily as any other dual layer case out there.

Good protector for my phone

I spend a lot of time outdoors and use my phone in a wide range of weather conditions. Because of that—and because there’s always a chance I’ll drop my phone on hard surfaces—I need a case that’s both grippy and proven to offer strong drop protection. I ordered several cases to compare, including options from FNTCASE, JSHRU, Spigen, and OtterBox. The Spigen case was well made and very sleek, with a built-in kickstand, but the smooth sides made me concerned it could slip out of my hand. The JSHRU case was my second choice. Its construction is similar to an OtterBox, though it’s slightly less grippy. That said, it still offers solid protection and is an excellent value for the price, so I would definitely recommend it. The FNTCASE, however, fell short in terms of build quality and did not meet my expectations. Ultimately, if you’re willing to spend around $50 and want the grippiest case with the best drop protection, the OtterBox is the way to go. If you’re looking for a solid, budget-friendly option at around $14, the JSHRU is a great choice.

Compré esta funda OtterBox rugerizada para mi Samsung S25 y no puedo estar más contento. Desde el primer momento se nota que es un producto de calidad. La instalación fue facilísima, encaja como un guante. Lo que más me gusta es lo robusta que es. Tiene una construcción de doble capa: una carcasa rígida por fuera y una capa interna de goma que absorbe los golpes y es entideslizante, con un tacto muy agradable. Por fortuna aún no puedo decir si aguanta bien las caidas, pero la parte inferior y superior están ligeramente elevadas por encima de la pantalla, de forma que incluso si cae con la pantalla hacia el suelo ésta está bien protegida. Además, incluye un colgador para cinturón que me ha resultado súper práctico, sobre todo cuando salgo a caminar o a trabajar y no quiero llevar el móvil en el bolsillo. También tiene cubiertas para los puertos, lo cual es genial para mantener fuera el polvo y la pelusa. En resumen: fácil de poner, resistente como una roca y con detalles prácticos que marcan la diferencia. Si te gastas una pasta gansa en el móvil, mejor invertir en una buena funda protectora, y ésta cumple de sobra con mis espectativas.

Brought this following a recommendation from a friend. Great case, sturdy better than the Samsung view case. I am really pleased and feel that my phone is well protected. Case has raised edges so the screen is protected and the long edges of the phone. Great investment.

色もなかなか良い 何時も黒のケース買ってたけど満足です 良く落とすのですが、滑りずらさはなかなか良く買って2週間くらい一度も落としていません なので頑丈さはまだ分からないけど 上と下が画面より大分高くなってるので下向きに置いても画面に全く当たりません カメラ部分もガラスフィルム貼ってもまだ高さに余裕があります、上向けて置いてもカメラが傷つかないと思います 完璧なケースと思ったら 貼り方が悪かったのか TORRASのガラスフィルムは上の端が巻き込まれて浮いて来てしまいます 元々貼ってあったのを剥がしてもう1枚貼ったけど浮きました 改めてマジックジョンというガラスフィルムを貼ったら、今の所浮いたりしないので様子見です ということで星4です

Los materiales son de alta calidad, mi S25 Ultra se siente más tosco (para mí es genial porque tengo manos grandes y tiendo a tirar mi teléfono) y protegido. No se me ha caído (aún) pero estoy seguro que esta carcasa absorberá el golpe en gran medida. Además el material es antiderrapante.
