Excellent yogurt
This is my favorite yogurt. Good that consistency. High protein content and super low calories or none at all. Thanks to stevia. I don't know why more competing companies don't do this. There is no excuse these days to have someone sugar in beverage a / food that is high in protein yet they have many Rams of sugar. I'm type 2 diabetic, which is managed very well. Yeah it really bugs me that so many companies out there., even when ones that pertain a healthy business ethic, don't do this. Keep it up Oikos.

Greek yogurt
Oikos is the tastiest Greek yogurt that I’ve tried, very high protein. Space on top makes it easy to mix in toppings- I enjoy daily with fresh or frozen berries.

Love my protein yogurt
yum yum yum. I eat these every single day to hit my protein goals without the extra calories. You could add granola with it or pour it out of the container with some blueberries for some extra nutrients. Would recommend.
