I received this item and was disappointed at first because it would not connect on my app and it was spotty in connecting with the monitor. I reached out to the Customer Service team and they offered a replacement. They asked a few simple questions, had me send a couple of pictures and determined I needed a replacement. The biggest surprise was the speed-they either had decided to send me a replacement before they told me they were sending one, or it was sent overnight-priority because I had the discussion with them late on a Wednesday afternoon and it was at my house by Thursday lunch-I don't think I have ever gotten anything that fast. The cameras and monitor do work well, along with the app, no complaints there but the customer service is likely what will bring me back with the Eufy brand.

Love this baby monitor!! I love that it’s a hybrid so I can see what’s happening through my phone app when I’m not home since it can use WiFi or we can block WiFi and have a more secure connection. Picture quality is great, battery life on the parent monitor is excellent, and I LOVE that you can set an alarm to go off when it detects a baby cry. No more monitor anxiety at night when you’re trying to sleep and constantly listening for your baby to wake! I love that it also has the same app for our security cameras and my breast pump!

Unreliable connection. "Problem establishing secure video channel..." Shutting down unexpectedly. "Preparing to play" status endlessly looping. Restarted the device to get the live camera function to work for a second before the connection dropped again. How can you trust a baby monitor that doesn't monitor? There's a little one's safety is on the line.

The perfect monitor. Clear view, clear audio, easy setup and works perfectly. Love the ability to disable WiFi. I have used every single brand of camera and this one is far above the rest! Eufy historically has exceptional customer service which makes it even better if an issue pops up.

Camera has good night vision. In addition it has wireless capability that makes this camera a cut above the rest. If your ever on vacation you can use the wireless feature in order to see in places power may not be near.

This easily hooked up to my original E21 monitor. It's super easy to use and see both my children at once and the app is great. The picture quality is amazing; I can't go back to our old monitor now without feeling like it's super blurry.

Seems like this would work great if you have the monitor but if you are looking to only using the app look another way. It constantly freezes or will disconnect making unreliable to use to take care of your baby. The privacy shutter feature seemed like a good idea but whenever enabled is when it disconnects the most from the app/wifi Battery lasts about 6 hours at most. Picture quality is good. Whenever it does work

Love this camera. Optical zoom would be better but 4K digital works good enough to see what’s going on. Seamless connection and reconnection over wifi and directly with monitor. Great job Eufy.

As we have two kids, we purchased this add on camera after buying the initial Baby Cam 4K Pack. Camera works just like the one provided in the initial pack. We love that we can use the monitor or our phones from anywhere. We own several eufy products and once again they hit a home run with this. Thank you!

It looses signal a lot and I am not that far away from it, I am not very happy with it I got it to help watch a sick child and what I read on it said it was good I will not say that rate it as very poor
