I waited a few months before I reviewed, just in case something went wrong. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I have spinal stenosis, and it's sometimes difficult to walk significant distances. I went two miles in these one afternoon last week, which is unheard of for me right now. And I'm loving the velcro. So easy to put on and take off. And so easily adjustable.

Excellent shoes for people who need wide width. Spongy cushion, zero drop because I don't notice any hight difference in my heel verses my toe bed. This is important because I hate a higher heel. Very wide toe bed, lightweight, they are a bit thicker in the sole than I'm used to so sometimes I scuff the ground when walking. I work for usps in a plant, I stand and walk in automation, no sitting except 2- 15min breaks. I have noticed a slight sound when walking on flat waxy surfaces like at Walmart. It's similar to a sucking or farting sound, not super bad, but it could be because I'm also very overweight at 315-325 lbs. The shoes do slip on and off most of the time, the velcro is set once for me, but sometimes the tongue gets in the way, but not always. I don't notice any rubbing, or irritation. I haven't noticed any strong smells or my feet sweating too much. I just bought a second pair out of fear that anything that I like they will discontinue making. These are "men's" shoes, I have always needed to buy men's shoes because wides are hard to find in women's and a regular men's is a woman's wide. Similarly I like a wide men's shoe. So these I would consider being a men's wide width shoe. I bought these at the end of Aug 2025 and have been wearing them everyday since, they've held up so far. I ordered a 10 wide and I usually can fit a mens 9.5 - 10 depending on the brand. Hope this helps.

The best orthodic shoe that I have purchased. The use of two velcro straps and no shoe laces have gone a long way in finally providing a shoe that gives me balance and better stability. It is the first shoe that accommodated my AFO and swollen feet.

The black heel part breaks but the shoe is very comfortable need to upgrade on the black arch heel

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had in my life and I am 82 years old. I have swollen feet and these shoes are roomy not tight. Highly recommend.

A change in price lead me to try this pair of orthopedic shoes. Amazing comfort for a senior like me that need support all around & under my feet. It is a pair of shoes that I will buy again without hesitation. However close examination on my left shoes saw some unexpected fault in stitches applied. It is a disappointment but I applied some crazy glue to the back of Velcro to ensure it stays in place. I shot a photo to show what I did.

Adjust using the provided insole adjusters. But still, shoe is loose fitting with single velcro strap and expanding materials. Caution if have poor balance. Okay if only wear periodically with cane etc. Don't recommend for extended walks or rougher surfaces. Plenty of toe room and extra soft on feet to wear. Little to no support for sides. An easy shoe for simple quick trips.
