My 1-year-old picky Shih Tzu was losing weight and just wasn't interested in eating for some reason. I bought this out of desperation after reading all the other reviews and I am so glad I bought it. She has officially been on this for about 2 weeks and I can tell she's already gaining weight. She's interested in eating. She wants to eat. She tells me she's ready to eat and is excited about it. It's just been an all around fantastic food topper and I'm very glad I bought it and she is too.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I gave this a try because my dogs get bored with their food quickly. I need lots of alternatives in rotation. This seemed like a good option because of the quantity, quality and flavor options. My dogs are absolutely loving the bacon, egg and cheese flavor. They cry when they know it is almost time to eat. They know what is coming. They gobble up their food and lick their bowls, so I don't have to clean anything up. Plus, there is no can for me to open or discard and the sprinkles don't smell horrendous like some of the other options. This is definitely a keeper!

Holy moly - magical!My sweet boy is now geriatric and recently stopped eating his normal food. Talked to the vet, decided to switch his food but couldn’t get the brand I wanted for another 4 days. Opted to try this since it had great reviews and Amazon could get it here same day. Instructions say to add 2 tsp. of the powder to the regular food. It was like a magical potion! My boy ate over 1/2 of his kibble in one sitting, which hasn’t happened in a long time! He loved it. It’s pricey, but well worth the investment!

A very silly picky German shepherd (my dog Murphy) decided once again that the current food I had purchased for her was no longer to her liking. She does this routinely. I atumbled on this product and thought what the heck. The first time I sprinkled it on the top of her breakfast she ate it with no reservation. It continues to be the magic addition to her food and I no longer have to struggle with wondering what is going to work for her this week. Thank you for making this stuff!

really like the product and my dogs really like it, they act like cats with catnip afterwards, i have purchased 3 times and so far it has been consistent in quality. my only gripe is with the packaging, mainly the folded part at the bottom. all of the 'dust' gets stuck and it can be a pain to get it out. you have to shake very hard but then its hard to control how much you are actually pouring. i have been just cutting the entire package in half and scooping what i need with a measuring cup, but then ofcourse there is no re-sealing... I wish they would just put this in some type of plastic bin with a screw top lid and a scoop then this would be a 10 star product all the way!

My girls ( minature schnauzers 4 and 5 yoa)are very finicky eaters. Two years ago i had to go on a brands search to find something they both would eat. After about two months search with Chewy's help providiing samples, returns etc..the girls both selected Stella and Chewy freeze dried morsels BECAUSE they have a diverse flavor lineI was finally able to rotate flvors by bag duration about two to three weeks. This prevents them getting tired of one flavor, and my chart rotates flavors each time I order so i don't get a large back up of one flavor. I have also started ordering the kibble for them to enjoy the changes also in texture and bite size and texture. I now have two happy, well fed, little girls. And tjey truly enoy the diversity.Truffles and Cappachino, liver colored schnauzers, have ended their picky eating thanks to Stella and Chewys.The new Breakfast Morsels were the biggest hit yet! They.both ran to the door.when the doorbell rang, i swear sometimes they know the delivery schedule when Walmart brings their food. They lay at the top of the steps while I open the shipping boxes and put the orange bags into walmart shopping bags to take their order upstairs to the kitchen. As soon as i put the bag with the breafast morsels at the top of the steps, all i heard were 8 paws jumping up and down over the bags. They were sertainly exvited by the new smell. I decided to give then a treat since had had been so excited about the new smell. I wanted to see if the could really smell the difference between bags through the paper packaging. They did alright, they tore right into pork morsels with scrambled egg toppings. As the old cormerial says,"they ate the whole thing!"once again i have happy girls.

My 18 month old Westie was getting unreliable about eating her 2 little meals a day. If she didn’t eat them she would get acid in her tummy and bile would come up. I was using the dregs at the bottom of liver treats to entice her to eat but that is hard to come by regularly. Happened to search ‘meal topper’ but knew I would only do that if I could find reliable quality with no crazy chemical ingredients. This is it! She now comes to the bowl as soon as I put it down and is consistently eating her regular daily portions of food. As long as she is happy this will be a regular part of her feeding routine. Stella and Chewy make quality products so I am happy to add this to the routine. Easy to use, I just sprinkle a little over her dry food and she digs in.

My dog (2 years old) whom I got as a 8 week puppy has been a very picky eater as of the last 3 or so months, refusing to eat her normal kibble that she’s always liked. I gave this a try out of desperation before seeing the vet about it, and I’ll be… this in her kibble paired with some warm water is the saving grace. She goes nuts for her breakfast and dinner now, which I haven’t seen for months so I am ecstatic!! And the bonus is it has some health benefits as well. Highly recommended by me, who had almost lost hope.
