First of all this is amazing product and I was using it since past 1.5 years. One day it stopped working. Out of curiosity I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a free replacement. A brand new product. That too hassle free. It was just amazing experience. From now on I am going to buy Agaro and recommend others too.

I bought this product 8-9 months ago. Then recently it was not working ? Burnt. I filed a complaint. And I received a replacement in 11 days, although a different model but it’s working fine. Satisfied with the agaro service. But not so impressed by the product.

Works good, usefull product, robust enough, value for money, but noise is high

It's is a great product — powerful, sleek, and easy to use. However, I was disappointed that it stopped working within 4 months. However, I just wanted to share my appreciation for the prompt and hassle-free exchange process for my hairdryer. The issue was resolved quickly, and the customer service was excellent throughout.
