What is the mix ratio of this, please? And can you buy the two components separately if needed?

Take out enough of the white paste you think you will need, then roll the mix and then arrange it into a 50 mm long strip equal thickness on the plastic lid

Then squeeze the hardner along that length and mix quickly until you see a slight change in colour without any white only showing. A pinkish shade.

Now quickly use it, you dont have much time, I think it said on the can 5 min, in that time it goes hard. See the idear below

Equal lengths thats all, forget about the thickness, just get the length right.

Dont count the Xx above, its ment to show the paste is the same thickness along its length.

Then the hardner same length, same thicknesses on top of the paste length

What is the viscosity like when applying this? Is it thin/thick, sticky, and easy to apply?

If you add the correct amount of hardener and mix quickly, it's quiet sloppy...however as each second goes by it beome as it starts hardening the viscosity increases and it's quite sticky and messy to work with, if your doing a large deep fill...in my case about 2 inches in length and haf inch deep and wide....Wear gloves.VicG

Will this work for alloy wheels, I need to fill curb scratches and fill in a few little chucks that were taken out of the wheels?

This item is body filler and should be ok to fill scrapes and chunks on allow wheels

cancan I use this product for large gaps? 1 metre long and 1 cm deep

Yes, it may be better to fill in a couple of layers to avoid cracking and shinkage when drying.
