I have been taking this for around a week now. I was a little worried at first because some pills that say "energy boost" on them have been know to give me jitters. With this natural supplement I don't feel that though. The directions say to take 4 a day and you can split it into two doses 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon or all 4 at once. I decided to split mine and do the morning and afternoon which seems to work just fine for me. There is all natural ingredients in the pills and nothing hiding behind a the "blend" name the only thing that says blend is Amino acids and it is all listed for you.
