Is Truvia keto friendly?

I'd say it depends how much you use. I do "dirty keto" because I had bariatric surgery and I need to keep my carbs low, but I'm not strictly keto, as in I don't need to measure my ketones. If you use a lot, as another poster pointed out, there's 3 carbs in just under a spoonful, so if you heap this into something, it's definitely going to ding you in the carb department. Since most keto diets say to keep it under apx. 30 carbs a day, you may want to consider something with lower carbs for recipes that call for a lot of sweetener, unless the serving size of your recipe counterbalances it (Like 2 cups in a batch of cookies, but it makes 36 cookies, so divide by 36 for example...)

That being said, I spent copious amounts of money trying a bunch of different sweeteners to find ones I liked for different uses, and this is my go-to for things. It bakes pretty well, tastes pretty normal in my morning coffee or tea, and works well in other creations like strawberry cheesecake 'fat bombs' (I make a traditional cheesecake recipe minus the egg and put them in ice cube trays for mini cheesecakes when I have a sweeet craving.) It looks like normal sugar too, so most people visiting don't even notice.

One caveat is that erythritol can cause loose stools in large amounts so, great if you're constipated, but if you're not, make sure to test and find your threshold and keep under it unless you want to keep running to the rest room. Quickly...
