Loving this product! The fact that it’s one pill makes me happy and I love you can take anytime with or without food. Doesn’t upset my stomach. I have only been taking for about a week but I feel the difference!

Decent vitamins; they are chewable
I have been taking these for a few years now. I have been so consistent with them, I can’t confirm an energy boost, but they have all the nutrients I look for in a multivitamin. They are huge though, so on those days I just can’t manage a pill of this size, I can treat them as chewables. They don’t taste great, but the contents are loosely compressed so the pills can easily be chewed.

I was mistaken, they’re good vitamins, I thought they were making me sick but they’re not. They give you energy. I wish I hadn’t given them away. I’ll but again.
