I love this big sturdy bamboo cutting board - the size is exactly what I was looking for. But the very best part is the deep well on the reverse side for holding meat juices. I don't need that feature often, but when I do this cutting board is awesome. It has ridges to hold the meat steady so it doesn't slide around, a channel for stopping juice from leaking onto the counter and a deep well that is supposed to hold up to 1/2 cup of liquid! I can't wait until next Thanksgiving when it's time to carve the turkey - this will be the real star of the show!

Laver à l'eau savonneuse et sécher. Traiter avec une huile pour planche à découper et enlever l'excédent (il n'y en avait pas, le bois a tout absorbé !). Très satisfaite après 3 utilisations.

Great board, worked well slicing turkey, collecting juices, preventing mess. Great size.

The board is now my husband's favorite for carving up meat. Held all the juices and his belly and counter stayed dry and clean! You definitely want to give a good oiling upon arrival, but that goes with any wood cutting board. The grooved diamond pattern in the center was awesome for keeping the meat from sliding around and letting juices clear the board to the side channel. I love the depth of the side channel. The well in the 1 corner works great for holding and pouring off juices as well.
