I was planning on going with the Super Flower Leadex III 850W PSU and I saw this Corsair on sale for $20 less than the Leadex III Gold. So for $20 less I went from 850W to 1000W, that's a no brainer. What I love about this Corsair 1000W RM1000e is that it is a Tier A PSU. It is also fully modular and it has the latest connector inputs on the PSU.It also comes with a 12 pin cable on both ends ready for Nvidia's latest RTX 5 series GPU's. Instead of using the very stiff power adapter cable supplied with your Nvidia graphics card, you just plug and attach one end of the 12 pin cable to your RTX 5 series card and the other end to the Corsair PSU. No other cable adapters are needed.The Corsair RM1000e also uses high temp capacitors because if you are using an RTX 5090, you will probably draw 600W from that GPU and it will generate heat in the Corsair. Btw, I would not use a 1000W PSU for a 5090, i'm just saying that high power loads and draws from system components will stress the PSU and the capacitors should be able to withstand those loads and provide stable power not only to the GPU but the other system components.

Finally able to get the power supply replaced in my desktop. Corsair seems like something I can trust. Came with all the cable is I needed (of course). Oh what fun it is disconnecting the one I had in there and figuring out what's what and where it needs to go.Recommendation from me. Take pictures of everything before pulling apart.

I replaced my Dell XPS 8930 Power Supply with this Corsair 650e (2025). Only needed to order a SATA 15 pin to 6 pin Slimline power adapter to make a connection to the DVD Drive. There was a 8 pin connector that will separate so you can use it for the 4pin CPU connection. Lot better quality than the original power supply.

Arrived packaged properly and with all supporting cables, it was an easy swap into my current PC and has performed great for about a week. Definitely worth the money. Just as quite or if not more than my previous PSU.

10/10 Corsair product and can power my 4080 without a problem!

Que puedo decir de la RM650 2023 siendo una fuente que es 80 Gold ya muchos podrían tener cierta garantía del producto y certificada en Cybernetic como Platinum dice que su etiqueta no es de adorno, esta ganado su puesto dentro del top en lo que respecta a los 650w si bien es cierto que puede ser una fuente un poco cara para dicho voltaje si quieres tener calidad es lo ideal.Como recomendación en cuanto a las personas que están armando una build economica/de entrada, no les recomendaría pagar tanto ya que hay opciones muy buenas entre 15 a 20$ menos que les servirán sin problemas, pero si tienes pensado actualizar pronto y no piensas quedarte con una integrada 2 o 3 años sin duda esta fuente es una buena inversión, ya que para usar graficas como la 4060 o similares no se necesita mas, a parte que lo mas probable es que esta fuente te acompañe muchos años, he tenido gamas mas bajas de Corsair y cumplen su propósito durante 3 a 4 años siendo yo el que me deshice de ellas y no que fallaran, por lo que a no ser que seas el salado del siglo y tu fuente venga con algún desperfecto, esta RM650 (2023) promete lo dicho por la garantía de Corsair osea durar sus 10 años sin problemas.Como dato extra no le temais al sonido que da al encender y apagar (aunque de este modelo en especial es algo fuerte).

Great PSU with one major flaw….this PSU in terms of quality is great, I got this one for future upgrades, it will have enough power for an new GPU when the time comes, I like the modular design, it keeps the cable management neat, you only use the cables you need, But…..and this is a bit one, this PSU only came with 1 pcie cable, my GPU requires 1-8pin and 1-6pin, at first I thought it was a mistake, then I looked closer at the box and it showed that it only came with 1 pcie cable, my fault, I should have looked more closely when I purchased it, I had to order another pcie cable to finish my build. All in all, it’s a very good power supply, just beware you will need to get an additional pcie cable. One thing worth mentioning is it has the new power connections and the cables required for the 50 series GPU’s.

Replaced Dell XPS 8930 460 Watt Power Supply with this 850 Watt Corsair. It came with every power cord I needed to replace and more, and looks amazing and is whisper quiet. Spend the extra money and don't get a crappy no name brand PSU that will just break or fry your home computer. Install was easy. Love it.
