A Game-Changer for Daily Rides!
5.0 out of 5 stars - Thrilled with My Segway GT3 - A Game-Changer for Daily Rides! I've been eyeing a high-performance electric scooter for months to upgrade my commute and weekend adventures, and the Segway SuperScooter GT3 absolutely delivered! Right out of the box, the build quality blew me awayโit's solid, with that alloy steel frame feeling premium and durable, weighing in at 87 lbs but folding up nicely for storage. The 2400W peak motor gives it serious punch; I hit 31 mph effortlessly on flat roads, and the acceleration (0-30 mph in about 9.5 seconds) is smooth and exhilarating without feeling sketchy. Even on 30% inclines, it powers through like a champ. The dual hydraulic suspension is a standoutโfront double shocks and rear trailing-arm setup soak up bumps and potholes on city streets, making rides comfortable even over rough pavement. Those 11-inch self-sealing tires are genius; I've already rolled over some debris without a hitch, thanks to the puncture-resistant layer. Range-wise, I'm getting close to the advertised 45 miles in mixed Eco and Sport modes (I'm about 280 lbs), and the flash charging is quickโfull in under 6 hours, or a 1-hour top-up for extra miles when I'm in a rush. Smart features are icing on the cake: the 2.4-inch TFT display is bright and intuitive, showing speed, battery, and even navigation alerts. Bluetooth auto-unlock via the app is super convenient, and integration with Apple Find My gives me peace of mind against theft. It's UL 2272/2271 certified, so safety isn't an afterthoughtโbrakes are responsive hydraulic discs, and the stability system (SegRideโข with TCS) keeps things steady at higher speeds or in turns. Overall, I'm ecstatic with this purchaseโit's fun, reliable, and turns heads everywhere. Worth every penny at $1,699.99! I'll update this review after a month of heavy use to report on long-term battery life and any wear, but so far, it's exceeding expectations. - Boaz

Do I Need Three Scooters? Probably Not โ But the GT3 Is Worth It
This is my third scooter in a couple of weeks - haha. Started out getting a smaller one for $100 that was on sale - fun, easy to carry - takes you around the block. I have it in the trunk of the car. Then I got a g2 max since I have some hills in the area. Now I was hooked. Nice scooter but not quite powerful enough for my 190 pounds up the hills so I attempted to return this one for the GT3. Long story short, I ended up keeping the g2. Great for friends and my older kids to go with me. The GT3 is just perfect for my needs. This thing is quality. Heavy but very stable and I feel safe being a bit older. Very comfortable ride and has the extra power when needed. Im hooked. Got the Segway mirror for it. Should have been included. My wife keeps asking if I really need 3 scooters. Probably not :)

The King of Skateboards! Impressive Speed and Stability
This Segway SuperScooter GT3 is a real beast! From the moment I got on, I knew it was a totally different experience. The speed of 31 MPH is mind-blowing and allows you to reach anywhere in the blink of an eye, transforming my daily journeys into pure fun. What surprised me the most, in addition to the speed, is the stability and comfort it offers. The suspension is excellent, absorbing potholes and slopes with ease, making driving smooth even on uneven terrain. The brakes are powerful and very reliable, which gives you a great sense of safety at these speeds. The build quality is premium, it feels robust and durable. The range is also very good, allowing me to take long trips without worrying about the battery. If you are looking for a high-performance, safe and exciting electric skateboard that really leaves you speechless, the Segway GT3 is the perfect choice! It is worth every penny.

Great scooter, the technology is very glitch glitchy with an iPhone 16 pro
performs awesome very fast very nice ride very stable. The technology is not so stable though I have several scooters in the technology needs to be better if you have more than one scooter because it locks up frequently and I have to restart the scooter from scratch take all the software off the phone put it back on and then reset the whole scooter itself sometimes.

Perfect for Professional Riding!!
The GT3 is an excellent entry point for riders looking to get into something more serious. The stability system is very nice and makes you feel secure while riding. Thereโs a lot of tech on board that makes you realize a big difference between the GT3 and other scooters that claim to go faster for the same price. The locking function is very nice, linking to Apple find is very nice, very loud bell and horn, battery life is very nice as long as you manage your speeds a bit. All in all itโs a great value, amazing ride too, loaded with features. I will say itโs a tad bit large and heavy so if you want to load it into the car you may want some help but itโs a robust frame meant to hold up through all sorts of terrains. Even if you ride hard, keep it nice and it will last you years!

Perfect Top Speed For Scooter
The Segway GT3, also known as the SuperScooter GT3, is a premium electric scooter designed for commuting, urban riding, and light adventure use. It balances solid performance, comfort, smart features, and build quality at a price around 1500 to 1700 dollars depending on deals and region. It sits in Segwayโs performance oriented lineup, less extreme than the higher speed GT3 Pro but more capable than entry level commuters. Key specifications include a 1200 watt nominal and 2400 watt peak rear hub motor for strong acceleration and hill climbing up to around 30 percent incline. Top speed reaches about 31 miles per hour consistently in real world use. Range goes up to 45 miles in Eco mode or around 25 miles in Sport or Race modes depending on rider weight, terrain, and speed. The 899 watt hour battery charges in about 5.5 hours. Dual hydraulic suspension smooths bumps while 11 inch self sealing tubeless pneumatic tires provide stability and puncture resistance. The scooter weighs around 87 pounds with a payload up to 330 pounds. It features IPX6 water resistance, a color TFT display, app integration with navigation and anti theft tools including AirLock proximity unlock and Apple Find My support, turn signals, traction control, and bright lighting. The GT3 delivers smooth confident power with quick acceleration suitable for city traffic and moderate hills. It feels planted and stable at speed thanks to the large tires, suspension, and weight. Ride quality stands out as comfortable for longer commutes with less fatigue than stiffer scooters. Handling is responsive with good traction even in light rain or on imperfect roads. Braking is reliable with strong controlled stops. Real world use suits daily commuting of 10 to 30 miles round trip or weekend rides. It handles light trails or gravel well though it is not a hardcore off roader. Smart features like traction control and adaptive lighting add safety. Strengths include a comfortable and refined ride with excellent suspension and tires for the class. It offers strong range and power ideal for most commuters along with quick charging. Premium build and features shine through app connectivity, security options, lighting, and durability. Safety focus comes via turn signals, bright lights, traction control, and certifications. It provides strong value as a feature packed option at this price point. Weaknesses center on the weight of 87 pounds which makes carrying upstairs or using public transport challenging when folded. Top speed is capped at 31 miles per hour which suits streets but lacks the hyper performance of the GT3 Pro. Some variants use mechanical discs which work well but hydraulic options feel preferable to some riders. Occasional software quirks include conservative limits like power cuts on big bumps or parking mode behaviors. This scooter suits urban commuters or riders seeking a comfortable feature rich option for 10 to 40 mile daily use without constant charging. It appeals if you value ride quality, safety tech, and reliability over raw top speed or minimal weight. It is not the best for frequent stair carrying or extreme off roading. Overall the Segway GT3 is a well rounded premium scooter that prioritizes refinement, comfort, and smart features over outright speed. Reviews praise its polished performance, build quality, and real world usability making it a strong contender in the 1000 to 2000 dollar range. Test ride if possible as weight and feel are personal. Check local regulations on speed and power. It is available directly from Segway or major retailers. If more speed is needed consider the Pro variant.

Worth the money, dont buy that other POS
200 miles later, as a 220lb male, this thing is a certified ripper. If youโre able to resist sport mode, eco at 15mph will get you 35 miles of relatively flat range. Torque is great, it doesnt blink twice on long consistent grades in any mode. The headlights are amazing as well. The build quality and ease of use is great. Passcode and airlock and super convenient. Charge time is as stated, less than 4.5 hours. I mostly cruise for fun, but have used it to commute 15 miles 1 way to work, charge it at work and back home i went. Returned home with 40% and used Sport mode plenty of times along the way. Throughly satisfied. Worth spending the extra money over nobody knows Chinese brands.

Beefy, stable and comfy. Not lightweight.
The GT3 is an absolutely excellent scooter for commuters and others who want a durable, stable and powerful ride around town. This scooter is built like a tank. You won't want to carry it up and down many steps and you won't want to put in the trunk of a sedan. But if you want a ride that feels stable and makes you feel confident as a rider, this one is a good choice. The deck is big and roomy, which makes me and my big feet happy. The cockpit is nicely laid out, with controls positioned comfortably and intuitively. The suspension makes navigating the rough streets I ride on safer and less jarring. The dual disk brakes are string and reliable. They are cable-actuated, so not as powerful or self-adjusting as hydraulics, but more than adequate for city riding and a lot easier and cheaper to maintain and repair. I'm a city dweller, so range is more than adequate for me and charging time isn't an issue. Top speed is not an issue, because riding faster than 30 mph in short city blocks with lots of traffic is just not a good idea anyway. Acceleration is important and the GT3 has plenty to get me across the big intersections and to zip out of potentially hazardous traffic pockets. So far, I just don't have any serious complaints. If your use case is like mine and you don't have to carry your scooter up and down stairs, this is one that's well worth considering.
