I can't tell, because we already used up the most recent bag a few weeks ago. What I can tell you is that the flavor is stronger than regular walnuts, so they made a couple of delicious walnut cakes, and this company doesn't process any other kind of nut, so people with allergies to other nuts can safely enjoy these.
