⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) للأسف كانت تجربتي مع Atomberg Efficio Exhaust 200mm سيئة جدًا. اشتريت هذه المروحة بعد الاطلاع على المواصفات الإيجابية والتقييمات، لكن الواقع كان مختلفًا تمامًا. توقفت المروحة عن العمل نهائيًا بعد أقل من شهر من الاستخدام. استخدامي لها كان خفيفًا جدًا، حيث كانت تعمل فقط أثناء استخدام المطبخ، بمعدل لا يتجاوز ساعتين إلى ثلاث ساعات يوميًا، ولم تكن تعمل بشكل متواصل أو تحت ظروف تشغيل قاسية. لذلك لم أتوقع أن تتعطل بهذه السرعة، وهذا يجعلني أشك في جودة التصنيع أو وجود عيب مصنعي. كنت أتوقع منتجًا بعمر افتراضي أطول بكثير، خاصةً من علامة تجارية تُسوّق على أنها عالية الجودة وموفرة للطاقة. للأسف، بناءً على تجربتي الشخصية، لا أوصي بهذا المنتج، وآمل أن يقوم البائع أو الشركة المصنعة بتحمل مسؤولية هذا العطل من خلال استبدال المنتج أو استرداد المبلغ.

The engine broke. After two months, only... very poor quality material.

This exhaust fan is excellent. It has a powerful motor that removes smoke, odors, and moisture quickly while running quietly. The build quality feels sturdy, installation was easy, and it is energy efficient. It has made my kitchen much fresher and more comfortable. Overall, it's a great value for the price and I highly recommend it.

Good product

Very bad design and extremely low quality. This fan is very flimsy and made of cheap plastic. It’s supposed to be a bathroom or kitchen exhaust fan with good durability, I was hoping for industrial design meant to run for years. I bought two units, and both broke within 2–3 days. The fan front has two removable parts: a fan blade cover and a grill. These are supposed to be easy to remove for cleaning, but they are extremely difficult to take off. The fan electrical cable can come out (exit) only from one fixed spot—front right bottom. The cable came with the fan is short. My outlet was on the left side of the fan, a few inches higher, so the cable had to cross over the grill. It was looking ugly. So I tried to see if there was a way to route the cable from the top-left corner. When I tried to remove the grill, it wouldn’t come off easily. Knowing how flimsy it was, I was very gentle and tried to locate the snap-lock hooks, but the grill still broke. On the second fan, the entire grill and front cover fell off and shattered. This fan should not be in the market. I’m surprised that a top brand like Atomberg sells such a poor-quality product. This review is not a rant - it’s an attempt to push brand companies to design and sell better-quality products. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. These fans were used on new, custom-made uPVC windows. I spent over ₹12,000 on custom windows that were made with cutouts to fit this fan model. Now I am searching for a replacement.

Worst product for your competitors.... Stop being so par excellence... Awesome... Congratulations on developing a great product...

My First Atomberg experience. Product dead after 20 days, by then the return period is over. Raised Ticket using atomberg sites and after couple of days support came and told it will be replaced. But after nearly a week, nothing happened. Ticket Status always stays new.. Hunting down Atomberg Support and going over the first level Automated Voice menu, first level AI support agent and then to real people is difficult. As per their policy it will taken 7-8 days after replacement request is confirmed. Overall after sales support is not good and time consuming like 2 weeks for an essential products like fan with no communication except from the courier on exchange. Not sure on the warranty of the replaced product. Overall the product looks good and stylish. the connection wire is short than other products, suction power is fine, Durability of plastics almost similar or less than others like havells/usha(not worth the premium price), Durability of BLDC Motor is not sure (since first one failed) and need to wait.
