Been using the extention pole that came with the gopro, it sucks. Ordered this one and it's exactly what I needed. No slop in the pole once locks are twisted fully. The clamps work great and add a 2nd point of contact to hold my camera firmly without bouncing while riding.

When I first installed this for my motorcycle it would change position at highway speed. That was my mistake, as I tightened down harder, with out breaking components it has been locked into position with no issues. This is a great item to have for safety cameras on your motorcycle.

I'd been searching for a camera mount for my bicycle that didn't wobble over every pothole. I have an Insta360 X4 camera so I bought the Insta360 motorcycle mount and selfie stick, but the carbon fiber was too flexible and the mount didn't have enough contact points to keep the selfie stick from wobbling. This mount did the trick! It's sturdy, rigid, and it can be configured to fit many different ways on my bike. It's not compact or lightweight, but that doesn't matter for this application. [Note: Some of the lower rated reviews might not have secured it appropriately. You can tighten the mount 90% of the way with just your hands, but you have to use the plastic anti-theft keys to tighten it fully.] [Note 2: There is no manual, so if you're the unhandy type, I'd recommend asking a friend for assistance.]
