Momcozy Wearable Pump BP223-19

We bought a Momcozy breast pump and unfortunately, it stopped working after just a month. We were initially disappointed, but when we reached out to their customer support, they were incredibly helpful and understanding. They responded quickly and arranged for a replacement without charging us anything. The new pump works perfectly, and we really appreciated how smoothly and professionally they handled everything. Very happy with both the product and the service!

The product is easy to use and functions well overall. However, there is a significant issue with the quality and durability of its construction. The design of the flange connection to the bottle is flawed—it’s not sturdy enough and breaks easily with regular use. I’ve been using this pump for the past three months, and the flange on one side broke just after a month. I continued using the second pump, but unfortunately, that flange has now broken as well.I’m quite disappointed with the product’s quality, especially considering its high price. For someone who needs to bottle-feed breast milk frequently, durability is crucial. I expected better longevity from a product in this price range.

The amazing product!!!So sooooo happpy with it , it literly drains the breast and I have never suffered from cracked nipples or sorenessIt defo increases milk supply.Loved it , already recommending to all my preg friendsEasy to clean , easy ro fix , you can move around and your chore while pumping , not painful at all , very less noise .Only thing is batter timing could have been longer

Fanastic product. Bought this for my wife. we had a hospital loan unit which we were struggling with.This transformed my wife's breastfeeding experience, it's comfortable easy to use and has doubled her yield. We are over the moon with Mom Cozy ... can't recommend it highly enough!

I was so nervous to spend money on a pump but this is a really great set. Comfortable and easy to use, its not super quiet but fine for using around the house. Love the range of settings and how easy it is to control.

I had high hopes for this pump, but unfortunately some parts broke after less than 3 months of careful use. The plastic connector cracked, even though I followed all cleaning and usage instructions.One motor also feels weaker than the other. I contacted customer support, and while they were polite and responsive, it’s frustrating to deal with broken parts so soon, especially during such an important time.Good design, but the quality needs improvement.

TLDR: Complicated and it leaks!This is the 5th pump I have tried since my twins were born. Out of the five it comes in second to last, which is disappointing because it’s the most expensive.Function: It has good suction and seems to express the milk efficiently but getting the milk from the pump to the bottle is the problem. It leaks. A LOT. If you move about at all - go up and down the stairs, walk around, bend over even slightly to pick up the baby or put their dummy back in, wash dishes, even holding the baby at times… unless you are sitting slightly reclined in a chair for the whole pumping session it leaks. What is the actual point of a wearable pump that you can’t move around in? -1 starEase of Use: It’s not very convenient or easy to assemble and reassemble. It’s not intuitively designed and there’s no quick and easy way to empty it after its use. I’ve spilled milk several times getting it taken apart after pumping. -1 starReliability: The motor and battery seem to be high quality and I haven’t had any problems so far but it hasn’t been a month yet so jury’s still out. The battery and motor add a star but I’ll come take it off if it craps out on me. +1 starApp: The saving grace so far has been the app. It’s pretty cool to have that option and to be able to track your baby’s feedings, nappies, sleep, and your pumping all in one place.
