I recently purchased this Laptop and I am absolutely thrilled with its performance! From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the sleek design and premium feel. Laptop died. I needed one asap. It does what is needed, however its not the quality of my HP. It does it function and no more. After 4 months of use the laptops mouse is not working and now the track pad is coming out DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Other than having to learn a few new keystrokes (basis for 4 stars) it's great. I like the lit keyboard and LOVE the touchscreen image quality and sensitivity. It keeps up with our gig Internet speed. Plus it's not a budget buster. Have had more powerful laptop computers but this could be my best "value purchase" in thirty-three years buying laptop computers. UPDATE 11/10/2025 Battery is swelling pushing trackpad up and out of the computer. No idea where this leads as it isn't clear yet how to see if the hardware warranty applies. Battery professionally removed this morning. Apparently lot of lithium batteries are junk, the shop said they removed it so I'd be safe, but that they don't sell or replace batteries any more without an understanding that about one in twenty lithium batteries on replacement market are junk.

I have not used 2-in-1 laptop for about 10 years, and I was not expecting the new designed 2-in-1 laptop can be this good! I started to search a new laptop because I wanted to find a new device that is equipped with a larger touchscreen for my son's online class, and I am super glad that I found it. My son can make it tablet mode by himself super easily and he had been enjoying a lot to use this giant touchscreen for his online math class. He can draw and make note with his hand smoothly! When he is not using it for online class, I have been using it for work as well. The 16gb RAM ensures the laptop runs smoothly for all of the daily app/software that I use. This laptop is equipped with two hard drives with a total of 640GB, which is plenty of storage for photos, documents and videos. However, if I want, I can easily upgrade to a larger SSD because there is an access in the back of the laptop where I can swap a new SSD in a few minutes. This is a great and thoughtful design! Since the screen is 16inch and 1080P resolution, I had been enjoying to watch video and movie on it. There are also lots of other cool features including but not limit to fingerprint reader, keyboard backlit and so on. Overall, I think this is a great everyday laptop for everyone!
