Soft and light blocking
I have had migraines for more than 10 years and even though I’ve tried many different things this migraine relief cap has been one of the most helpful. The material is soft and very stretchy (which makes it easy to fit) so it wraps around my head comfortably without feeling too tight. I got the black one and it is completely light-blocking and covers down to the bridge of my nose, which I really like. The material also has no odor at all. I keep it in its plastic storage bag in the refrigerator. After chilling, it stays nice and cold for about 30 minutes then gradually starts to loose its coolness. Even after that, it still helps because it blocks out the light completely which is enough to make a difference for me. This thing really helps me Whenever I get a migraine, it’s the first thing I reach for. I even bought one for my mom and she loves it too. Great value for me

Dès les lendemain de la réception j'ai pu le tester car j'ai eu une grosse migraine. Je l'avais préalablement placé dans mon frigidaire. Il me semblait trop grand mais j'ai senti qd même la compression,légère pas désagréable et surtout soulageante . Au bout d'une heure avec allongée la migraine avait disparue alors que d'habitude sans il me faut presque toutes la journée ce qui m'handicape beaucoup.

A cheap but effective way to give symptom relief from migranes
If you suffer with migraines this is a god send. It is effective in relieving migraines. It fits well and lives permanently in the fridge for when I need it. It stays cold for around 5-10mins before it warms up but I find even the pressure of it around your head helps after so it still helps even when warm. Would recommend!
