Very satisfied, I had an issue in the beginning but they corrected it immediately got my parts that I needed. Very easy to communicate with and shipping was very fast. A great chair to use if you are worried about space.

Missing and broken parts inside packaging
Missing most the parts when arrived, only the chair and a broken pedicure tub were in the package, but no base to mount chair to?? . Boxes inside main packaging were all ripped opened and damaged.

Good chair for the money, but disappointed.I got my chair Friday and didn't know it was shipped in 2 boxes. Got the base today (Monday). The box had a hole and scrap on it and transferred to the platform of the base. Paint was scrapped down to the steel. Hoping that the soak tub covers it.

Started off on a bad foot, but the seller made things right. May consider purchasing from them again.
