Yes. I purchased this after fighting the flea battle and losing for months, even I had tried just about everything else including weekly flea shampoo baths, the topical spot monthly treatments and other flea collars. It is a bit pricey, but I finally found something that works and so to me it is worth the investment!!! I gave my put the collar on the same day since only kill the adult fleas and the collar kills the eggs and larvae too. The next day I searched my dogs for fleas and only found a few dead ones. She has really thick, dense, long fur and was covered in fleas before. It has been about a week and so far I haven't seen a single live flea on her. Also she didn't have any major reactions to the pill or collar. Both pets remain tick and flea free, with no adverse reactions like some collars cause. Just seemed extra itchy and crazy for about an hour. She has been so much more loving and relaxed since the treatment. I have a happy boy!I would recommend this product!Deserved five stars.
