What upgrades does this model have compared to previous similar ones?

1.Enhanced motor + precision design: Delivers smoother shuffling/dealing, way fewer jams, and seamless gameplay. 2.Reinforced preset Texas Hold'em: Extra functions resolve past user complaints—performs exactly as veteran players want.

Is this machine capable of handling games with more than two decks?

Absolutely! It shuffles 2 decks in one go,but it supports games with more cards—like Skip Bo or Hand and Foot. Set the number of players and cards, deal the 2 shuffled decks, then just add more cards to shuffle and deal. Each game holds 792 cards max

How do I change the 'cards/player' setting of each round for the Five Crowns game?

Five Crowns needs more manual adjustments because each round requires a different number of cards per player. So you’ll need to adjust this setting before every round—automatic programming for it isn’t supported currently.

Why does the device keep dealing cards to the wrong positions when using the buttons? They are synchronized correctly.

Before each round, manually return the device to its original position, ensuring it faces up toward Original Position #1 after pairing the remotes. Or, long press the Remote #1 and the device will go back to its original Posion #1 for the next round.

Can I purchase additional wireless draw buttons? How?

Yes, sure! This device supports up to 12 players and 12 wireless draw buttons. Visit our ZechnoX store and you'll find the link to buy.
