Packaged very well and received as described on site.Big enough to hold my individual pot pies, ice pops, salmon cours for two 2 bags of frozen vegetables and my frozen bag of pretzels. So far so good keeps things well frozen

Another update - Replacement freezer still going strong. Good purchase, note it does ice up, but you couldn't get a freezer of this size that didn't at the time, that may still be true, but it works well otherwise, you just have to defrost it like the olden days.Update:When I complained, the company quickly contacted me despite Amazon initially saying I couldn't do anything because it was past the 30 days, I was really angry because it is still the pandemic and if you are on your own, sometimes, it's really hard to get in-person help from friends and family so I was not able to get it up a flight of stairs and lifted and carried to its place and plug it in to test. When I did, it was dead.But, the company contacted me and was very helpful, more helpful than Amazon for sure! And with little trouble, I was able to tell them what happened and they sent out a replacement. I have to get rid of the broken one because I guess it is not worth the cost to send it back to the company, located in China, but that is a small price to pay to have this taken care of. I had a friend come help me Wednesday, and the freezer immediately worked as expected as soon as I plugged it in, what a relief! It has been a couple days now, and it is still running. Will try to update this again in a month or so to report how it works overall, right now just so happy to have this taken care of! When you can work with the company, they were easy to work with and very nice.------I can't return it because I had to wait for help to lift it and move it to an outlet and I just got a friend to come help me during this PANDEMIC 5 days ago. It has been plugged in since then hoping it would cool, it never does, it makes clicking sounds and seems to turn off and on in attempts to cool, but never does anything at all. A replacement would have helped or something, instead I had to spend money, alot, on a broke appliance, and don't have this kind of money to burn. Sorry I bought it during winter and during a time I couldn't get someone quickly over to help me....terrible! I'd already been upset and had emailed because the delivery company, FedEx, left the unit OUTSIDE ON THE STREET, calling it a "porch". There is no porch, it's in Chicago, and that "porch" is the sidewalk. I was working and it is so lucky it wasn't stolen.

Great size, runs super quiet. Have it in my kitchen and would never know it was there it is so quiet. Lots of room inside and I don’t lose things in this freezer like I do in my bottom of the fridge one. Not heavy, easy to move and keeps things frozen solid. Good value for the money with two shelves inside making it good for storage

The media could not be loaded. Storage is just enough for my freezer overflow. Seems energy efficient. Size is 3.0 cubic feet it functions perfectly although it seems to build a bit of ice over time. Which I have to keep up with even though i have turned it down. But if I turn it down to low things do not stay frozen I’ve had to find a happy medium and deal with the ice build up. It seals great so far. I’ve owned it just over a year. I have left the plastic on for preservation.

When I first opened up the fridge and placed it in my kitchen it had a pretty severe wobble, which may not be an issue for some ppl but I live on a second floor, I know the knocking of a full freezer rocking back and forth on my hard kitchen floor must be extremely obnoxious for the neighbors below me, I ended up having to cut off a piece of the foam packaging it comes with and wedge it under one of the corners. And yes the film around it is extremely annoying and loud to get off so I’ve just left it on it. I just feel like for over $200 there shouldn’t be any issues like this quality wise it’s not a large or impressive freezer by any means. And the cord is pretty short so I can’t store it on my balcony which was the intention. And the shelves aren’t even adjustable either, like they can come out but they have set places they go. Again nothing too crazy but for the price I shouldn’t have to deal with these annoyances I would rather just invest in a better quality freezer

I can't say I have played with the temperature controls or stuck a thermometer in it to make sure its accurate but it seems to do a pretty good job at keeping my food frozen so I'd say its a great little unit. It definitely is on the little side but still manages to fit plenty of food in it. I love how light it is too! It made it really easy for carrying it down into my basement. For a brand I had never heard of before buying this freezer, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
