Our wide selection is elegible for free shipping and free returns. ## Features - COOLING NYLON SPANDEX: Knitted from 87% polyamide and 13% spandex. Nylon pulls heat off the skin faster than cotton, so it feels cool on contact and breathes through hot days. Silky-smooth hand feel with four-way stretch. - INVISIBLE SEAMLESS T-BACK: The single-panel G-string back stays hidden under leggings, suit trousers and fitted shorts. No visible lines, no bunching, no adjusting through the day. - CONTOURED BULGE POUCH: A shaped front pouch lifts and supports without squeezing, keeping a clean, natural profile under clothing instead of flattening everything out. - TAGLESS, LOW-FRICTION BUILD: No sewn-in label to itch or scratch. Flat seams and a soft covered waistband cut down chafing, even on sensitive skin or during long workouts. - LOW RISE FOR REAL LIFE: Sits below the waistband of low-cut jeans and gym shorts, so it never peeks out. Works for work, training, date night or under swim trunks. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0DDKYZQ1L | | ASIN | B0DDKSML1Q | | Additional Features | Breathable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Stretchable, Tag Free | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Apparel Fabric Stretch | High Stretch | | Apparel Fabric Weight Class | Lightweight | | Best Sellers Rank | #125,471 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ( See Top 100 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ) #66 in Men's Thong Underwear | | Bottom Style | G-String | | Brand Name | Casey Kevin | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (231) | | Date First Available | December 28, 2024 | | Department | mens | | Fabric Type | 87% Polyamide (Nylon), 13% Spandex | | Fit Type | Regular | | Fit to Size Sentiment | Fits True To Size | | Import Designation | Imported | | Item Highlight | Silky-Smooth Cooling Nylon, Seamless T-Back, Tagless, Low Rise, Bulge Pouch, Breathable, Moisture Wicking & 4-Way Stretch | | Material Type | Nylon Blend, Spandex | | Number of Items | 1 | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Machine Wash | | Rise Style | Low | | Size | Small | | Style Name | Mens Thong Underwear | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![Casey Kevin Mens Sexy Thong Cooling Silky-Smooth Underwear G-String T-Back - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31BX+dSvlBL.jpg) ![Casey Kevin Mens Sexy Thong Cooling Silky-Smooth Underwear G-String T-Back - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41gutTWNrsL.jpg) ![Casey Kevin Mens Sexy Thong Cooling Silky-Smooth Underwear G-String T-Back - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31ItZKKXp4L.jpg) ![Casey Kevin Mens Sexy Thong Cooling Silky-Smooth Underwear G-String T-Back - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41Ij+vqUWlL.jpg) ![Casey Kevin Mens Sexy Thong Cooling Silky-Smooth Underwear G-String T-Back - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/411NWXo2yDL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size, Number Of Items** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Casey Kevin Men's Ice Silk Thongs Underwear Bulge Pouch G-Strings Brief Underwear for Men T-Back Bikini - Arjen Kroos Mens Sexy Thong Pouch Underwear Low Rise G-String Bikini - Casey Kevin Men's Thongs Underwear Sexy Mesh Tagless G-strings --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/692472988-casey-kevin-mens-sexy-thong-cooling-silky-smooth-underwear-g](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/692472988-casey-kevin-mens-sexy-thong-cooling-silky-smooth-underwear-g) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
