I tore a ligament in my pelvis and this seems to be helping, however I know I will have to take the whole bottle and then maybe some more, Im taking it also to help strengthen my ligaments and help build up my collagen in my whole body. Does not upset my stomach and i take it in the morning.

I haven’t been on this very long, so I can’t really give you an honest answer of how it’s really working although I do think my knee is feeling much better having a lot of pain in my knee doesn’t seem to be as bad

Ok here it goes. I ruptured my quadricep on my right knee about 10 years ago. Of course I don’t have full range of motion in that leg since they stitched my muscles back to my knee by drilling holes into my knee cap. Well about 4 months ago I tweeked it and it was swollen for a long time and still working on it up a down a truck. Well over time it started getting better slowly. So I tried this and in a few weeks it started to heal and the pain on the right side of my knee started to go away. So I’m very happy with this product. Also my left knee ages ago had popped out of place when I was about 18 from a slip and had torn cartilage surgery years later and happened again but ignored more surgery. So it’s actually helping my left knee also. Wish I knew about this product sooner 👍

There are a few tablets I take daily that are beige powder in a clear capsule, these looked exactly the same. When you read the information on the bottle it tells you it is not certified by the FDA, there is a phone number to call if you get any adverse reactions. The ingredients are listed as Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Glucosamine, Chicken Collagen, Egg Shell Membrane, and something called OptiMSM which has a registered trade mark sign next to it.Most supplements I've taken of this price range brag about where they sourced the ingredients, this does not. I don't know the quality of the ingredients in these tablets. It does not say what the individual ingredients do, why they were chosen.they are in a dark bottle to protect them from light and on the bottom is the lot number and an expiry date which was August 2026At $50 a bottle that will last one month. I would prefer more information so I felt comfortable taking them,

I bought this for my sister because she had problems with her knee and since she has been taking it she has had almost no pain at all and her knee is not locking as it was before I would recommend it to anyone who has joint problems before having surgery. And I will be buying it again for myself

When I bought this product I could not reciprocally step up or down, with my right knee. After taking it for a week, I could reciprocally step up and after two weeks, I could step up and down. I have highly recommended this product to several people and will continue to do so!!!

I have been using this product for the last month and I see no change. I think the was a waste of my money and I want a refund!!!!!!!!!!
