Wonderfully sticky. Pungent with a rich fruity twist. Made in the small village of Époisses in Burgundy, the skin of this cheese is repeatedly rinsed in Marc de Bourgogne. The cheese has an exceptionally complex taste, but is softer than its pungent aroma suggests.
