Toaster arrived today on due date,well packaged, in beautiful boxes with pictures of artwork.i can't bear to put them in recycling bin,so will use for storage.i followed instructions an removed all packaging and heated toaster on full power with no bread in three times as instructed to burn off as packing dust or chemicals.have not used it yet for toast .it s beautiful to look at in my kitchen.temperture control, working easygood quality,easy to use, I think it's worth the money just for the pleasure of looking at it.an just right size for me.I recommend this toaster!

Really nice looking toaster. Works fine. My main criticism is the quality of the plunge leaver, merely painted plastic and the general overall feel of cheapness. Considering the cost that is very poor. I would buy again, but the price charged does not reflect the quality.

Toaster only takes small slice bread
Even though I love the design of them the only fault is the toaster is you can only use small sliced bread or with a large loaf you have cut the slice in half which would make it a one slice toaster so the the item is not value for money
