Modway Jenna 10” Innerspring and Memory Foam Twin Mattress With Individually Encased Coils

I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for over 4 years now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon. The mattress has held up through daily use with no sagging or weird lumps—something I honestly didn’t expect at this price point. It strikes a great balance between firmness and comfort. The pillow top gives it a soft, cozy feel, while the individually wrapped coils provide solid support underneath. I’m primarily a side sleeper and have never had issues with discomfort or pressure points. Even after years of use, I still sleep comfortably and wake up without aches or stiffness. There’s also very little motion transfer, so if you share the bed with a partner or a pet, you won’t be constantly disturbed by their movement. After four years of solid sleep, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this mattress again. Highly recommend it if you're looking for long-term comfort without breaking the bank.

I am not someone to leave reviews but I bought this mattress back in June of 2023 after being recommended it by a friend. I was skeptical because I didn’t know if I trusted a mattress in a box from Amazon. I am back to buy another one for a second bedroom we are adding in our house. I (and others who have slept/sat on my bed) have really enjoyed the mattress and are impressed that it came from Amazon at its price point. I have had no issues. I personally keep mine with a egg carton style mattress topper and a waterproof protective cover under my fitted sheet. Not too firm, not too soft. This is perfect and inexpensive for a guest bedroom, college apartment, first home, etc. if you are looking for quality on a budget.

The Selection Process: We are student and our only income is our salary from university and our budget was limited. So we didn't just buy the first thing we saw. We spent two weeks comparing brands online and even visited several local mattress shops to get a feel for different thicknesses and materials. We ultimately chose this brand because it offered the best specifications for the price point, and it has lived up to the research. Performance & Comfort Support & Sagging: This was my biggest concern with a budget mattress. After 6 months of daily use, there is zero sagging. It doesn't sink in the middle, and it provides consistent support across the entire surface. Feel: I would categorize this as "Medium-Soft." It’s comfortable and has a high-quality feel for the price range in the US market. It’s not "luxury hotel" quality, but it's significantly better than a standard dorm or cheap foam mattress. Expansion: Upon arrival, it expanded quickly and reached its usable shape within the recommended timeframe. The "Reality Check" (What to expect) Actual Thickness: Just a heads-up—the physical thickness is slightly lower than the marketing images show. This is fairly common for vacuum-sealed mattresses at this price point, and it doesn't actually affect the comfort level, but it's worth noting for your bed frame measurements. Pros & Cons Pros: Price: Unbeatable for students on a budget. Durability: No "sink holes" or structural issues after half a year. Quality: Solid stitching and fabric feel. Cons: Edge Support: Like most foam-only beds, the edges are a bit soft if you sit right on the corner. Height: Slightly thinner than the advertised stock photos. Final Verdict: If you are moving into an apartment and want a bed that feels "homey" without draining your bank account, this is a winner. It’s reliable, it's comfortable, and it holds up over time.

Two nights on it so far, and I'm very happy. I steered clear of memory foam because my last two were memory foam and I just needed a little more support. After an exhausting search, I went with the Jenna. I admit, price had a lot to do with my choice, but other people's reviews did help. Here's mine. I hope it helps. I am five foot one, about 130 pounds, and am just past forty years old. It is supportive with just enough give to not make you sore. I side sleep, and occasionally sleep on my back. I don't spend the night rolling from side to side trying to ease the pain in my hips. I had heart surgery a year ago, so I have to be very careful with how I sleep, and this bed has made it easy to prop myself up so my chest isn't closing in on itself. There was a faint smell when the mattress was first 'unleashed' but didn't last more than a minute or two. Slept on it five hours later with no problem. The extra cushioning on top is nice, I opted to put a 2 inch lavender topper on it, and it's now the most luxurious bed ever. So far, I am happy with my purchase. I look forward to bed more than usual now lol Heads up, the box is very heavy. I had to get my son to help me get it up the stairs, and we still had to use straps to pull and me pushing. The king size was really heavy. Hope this helps you make your decision. I'll update again. UPDATE: 12/24/2018 Still a great bed. One bad thing; a small depression has formed right at my feet. The size of a cereal bowl. Have not discovered the cause yet. But otherwise, still happy with my purchase.

Update May 16, 2020 It’s been officially over a year we’ve had this mattress for our little one. We LOVE it! It’s comfortable for her and me. We haven’t had any sagging. It’s still in its original shape. It’s excellent support. It is a bit warm but I think that’s more due to the mattress protector we bought so the toddler doesn’t wet the bed. *high recommend mattress protector.* We will definitely be buying one for us! Update: Feb29,2020 We’ve had the bed almost a full year now. It’s still super comfy and in great shape, no sagging. Would definitely recommend! We will be ordering more to replace the other beds in our home and vacation home. The price point is fantastic for the quality! We’ve had this bed now for 2 weeks. We bought for our 2 yr old but both my hubs and myself have slept in it. It’s comfortable for all of us. We opened it up and it expanded almost all the way immediately. We did give it the 24 hrs to rest/ expand before we used it. It did have a slight smell but we opened the windows and turned on a fan. With in a day the smell dissipated. The mattress is nice and deep. We were a bit nervous about buying online but the price was worth the risk and we LOVE it! 8/15/19 We have now had the mattress 5 months. We still love it just as much. It’s a great quality and excellent price point. We will definitely be buying more in the future as we have to buy multiple new beds.

These are great mattresses at a great price. This is the third set I've bought of them, this time for my new adjustable bed bases. Perfect! The perfect balance of firm and softness especially for use on an adjustable frame. Get you some!
