Tumaz Foot Roller for Deep Tissue Massage & Reflexology

I have nerve pain in my feet. This was a miracle took for pain relief. Helped gain back some feeling in my toes where I had numbness and was just gentle enough that using it was tolerable and didn’t cause more pain.

I love this for my plantar fasciitis! I have/had PF in my right foot for almost a year. It started going away after wearing slippers around the house 24/7, but then I started walking on the treadmill and it came back with a vengeance. One night I decided to roll my foot on a can of expired ravioli I found in the back of the pantry. It hurt, but felt soooo good. I’m not kidding you, but the next day I had zero pain. Fast forward about two months and the can has started to weaken and dent, so off I went to find a substitute. Enter this foot roller. It’s the perfect size. It lifts my foot far enough off the floor so I can get a good amount of pressure on my arches while rolling, and the middle section that’s a little wider is perfect for that. It rolls nicely under my foot on carpet without turning or moving side to side like the can did. The nubs don’t really add anything for me. They did burn a tiny bit the first time using it, but nothing I couldn’t handle. This is perfect for my nightly foot rolling routine to keep my PF pain at bay!

My feet have experienced pains from wearing heels from time to time, and it bothers me a lot. About couple weeks ago, I started my research on foot massage remedy, then, I saw Tumaz foot roller on Amazon. Tumaz foot roller seems like to have overall good reviews with pain relief and with an affordable price. So I decided to order to give it a try, and hope it will help with pain. The foot roller that received in the package looks like the one that shown on the site. It’s a small and lightweight foot roller, but it’s comfortable when I put my foot and roll on it. It’s hard to believe that after three days, and three times a day using it, and I feel a lot of better from pains. Oh man! I wish I knew Tumaz foot roller a way earlier, so it could shorten my mystery. The foot roller has definitely improvement the pains, and I will recommend it to people who have foot pains.

Works perfectly! I have wide feet and have plenty of room on the sides. Depending on how you position your foot you can use either the left or right side of roller to massage inner and outer edges of feet. Very sturdy too! You won’t regret buying this roller.

I would give this product 4 stars, even 5 because it works amazingly. However, they need to look into quality control a little bit. That said, here is the context. EXTREAMLY EFFECTIVE!!! And they are actually more comfortable to use than my old one. I own another version of this product form another brand, I loved it from day one. However, I used it in the tub and the heat caused it to deform. Still works, just not complete round anymore. So, I ordered 2 of this product at the same time. My thoughts were, if one is that amazing, what if I had two that I can use at the same time? I was absolutly right. But here is the problem.... One of the two that I ordered is like, noisy, lol. It squeaks. While this is not a deal breaker, it is absolutely annoying, lol. Otherwise, this product is great as long as you don't get a noisy one. And even then, it still works perfectly. Valuse wise, this is a steal well below 10 bucks per unit. Perfect for gifts. Please note that the other one is as silent as it can be. It is perfect. Only one is noisy, but it still functions perfectly. I would absolutely recommend such a product. It the bit of noise is not a problem for you, you can look at this as having more stars for sure. In conclusion, for what it is, it is a good product as far as I can tell. They just need to tighten up on the quality control to make sure they are all as similar as can be. There is no reason for 2 to have been shipped together and have different levels of quality, lol. Even though it is minimum, still a little weird.

So happy I got this. I was afraid it was a really hard plastic but it had some cushion. You control how much pressure you put on your foot. I just went back to teaching after the summer break and the first few weeks but body takes time getting used to being on my feet all day. I have plantar fasciitis on my right foot and was in serious pain when I ordered this and after using it I felt instant relief by day 3 the pain was gone.

This feels sooo good on tired and achey feet. I use it while sitting on the edge of my bed. My feet throb less and are less achey all night. The material is good. Tip: always wear socks. Then it won’t get disgusting.

Bought this for plantar fasciitis and it did nothing Doesn’t roll and was too rigid and too bulky Waste of time and money
