If I'm going to make a steak or a roast on the grill, then these are the chips I turn to because they add that certain something to the flavor of the meat. Oddly enough, I don't use them for cheeseburgers because the chips can make the cheese taste odd. Since I normally don't make beef ribs, I haven't really tried them there, but I'm sure they'd taste great. I find them a little pricey compared to other chips I buy, but definitely worth the price. These chips offer a flavor that's just right.
