Flange inserts that are your size are key in successful, comfortable pumping sessions. As always, do your research to find your correct size. The 19mm size was what I needed and they are a sturdy silicone type material that fit just right in the flange. They do not slip, they did not cause any loss in suction. They worked just as intended. Over many washes, these inserts did not warp or tear in any way.

Works great in Medela’s Freestyle hands-free cup pumps - makes it much more comfortable to use. If your existing pump shield is too narrow, these will actually be smaller than they are, so I wouldn’t use them in anything smaller than 24mm shields (they got too compressed in my 21mm cups so I can’t use them comfortably in those). Easy to wash!

This fits my pump perfectly. It is soft and makes pumping more comfortable. My pump only comes with two flange sizes that were both too big. These inserts helped me actually empty my breasts by making the flanges a smaller size. The only con is that you can’t see through the insert to make sure the fit is right since the insert is not clear. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

If you’re looking for a flange to fit the Eufy wearable breast pump, you have found it! Their flanges don’t go small enough so I was so glad to find this solution. These fit easily in the wearable and I’ve had great output. I can tell these are quality and will hold up for many uses too. Highly recommend!

This is my third pair as my needs have changed. First of all they are absolutely not transparent. Also the 19 long does not fit as well into the spectra pump as the 21 and 20mm. Maybe I got a faulty pair. Will be returning.
