Great product
It's a very well-made product with nice soft padding outer. I find it more practical then the full wheel and has really help stretch my back out.The leaflet that comes with it, is really useful and shows different positions it can be used for, (although some are quite challenging). For now I will keep using it to support my backbend and for standing balances.

I just love it
I purchased it mainly to strengthen my back as I have lower back problems. So it’s great for back-bend stretches to get rid of any stiffness and pain. Padding is very comfortable and stable during use and gives a massage sensation. Also the product comes with a leaflet that shows all the movement you can do.I would highly recommend to anyone who has back problems.

It arrived on time in good condition with some examples of poses
I bought this to stretch my back because I am sitting at a chair most of the day. It arrived on time in good condition with some examples of poses. It really opened my back and chest and I even use it as a back support when I’m sitting down. A unique shape that lets me also get creative and explore new poses and deeper stretches. Really opens my back and shoulders. Would recommend. :)
