Xiaomi Redmi note 14 pro plus 5G. Black colour. Description says it only includes a USB cable, the package actually comes with a high-quality protective case and a phone ring holder. The product arrived fully complete. Unfortunately, the UK version does not include a power adapter, but since the phone supports 140W charging, it's a good opportunity to buy a proper fast-charging brick. Regarding video and refresh rate, everything matches the description — it supports both 60Hz and 120Hz. Video recording quality and the camera itself are excellent. Gaming performance is smooth and stable thanks to the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. This phone works perfectly both as a gaming device and as an everyday smartphone. Great quality at a fair price. It also includes a dual-SIM slot. Note: When using the ejector tool, DO NOT CONFUSE the SIM tray hole with the microphone hole. I saw one review claiming that the microphone rattles during recording, but I did not experience anything like that.

Unable to use this phone in Australia, either with SIM or eSim. My wife's phone bought at the same time has no issues.

I currently use a Xiaomi Poco F3 as my main phone, which is a few years old now, but still performs beautifully, so I know how good and reliable Xiaomi phones can be. The specs of this phone immediately stand out, with 8GB of RAM, 256GB of memory, a Snapdragon 7S Gem 3 processor and a 200MP camera. So far, it's been lightning fast when it comes to browsing, gaming, opening apps and just all around general usage. The camera is also a major upgrade compared to my old phone. It produces super clear images with plenty of details and true colours. The 5110mAh battery is more than enough to last all day, even with regular use and with 120W Hyper Charge, you don't have to wait around too long for it to get back to 100%. A USB cable is included in the box, but not an adapter, which is a little bit disappointing considering the £349 price tag, which was the cost at time of writing. All in all, it's a great phone on paper and the performance matches up to that, so I would thoroughly recommend this phone if you're in the market for a new one.

You'll be changing the screen protector once a month not because it's broken but because of the curved screen edges render the protector susceptible to dust, a lot of dust, after 2 weeks there's so much dust under the screen protector it literally effects the fingerprint unlock and sometimes just touching the screen in general, like typing etc, the phone is ok after you get rid of all the pervasive advertising and "suggestions" it pops up, this will take a while to remove but it can be done, but check it again after a couple of days because they turn themselves back on, not sure that's legal but at least you know they can access your phone remotely.
