This is the Pressure Cooker I’ve been Waiting For.
If Kuhn Rikon is the Cadillac of Pressure Cookers, then this Nytrx 12 Qt. is the Rolls Royce of Pressure Cookers. No more having to place the pressure cooker under a cold faucet to cool off the cooker to remove pressure. Easy one-handed lid removal, and the top rotating lock knob stays cool to the touch even after pressure cooking. This thing is not only beautiful to look at, but it is built like a tank. I’m able to do fried chicken in the pressure cooker with excellent results and this pressure cooker has multi-layers of backup pressure protection to prevent any accidents. The floating rocker valve also locks on with a little force, to prevent the weight from falling off when flipping the lid. That was an issue I had with another pressure cooker where I lost the pressure weight when it fell off one time, making it a useless pot. This pressure cooker is easy to clean and so far, no discoloration, nor warping. I love this pressure cooker so much that I purchased a second one to leave stored in the box, in case they ever stop manufacturing it and I can’t get a similar replacement.

the worst pressure pot ever DO NOT BUY
This is the worst pressure pot I ever seen the lid does not seal. I did check the closing position water was in the correct level. the closing system fail it does not click and stay I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

It’s not worth the price and poor customer service
To close out the cap it has to be in a perfect position,and if the rubber ring is not perfect also it makes it harder to close, i did emailed the seller for a rubber ring replacement but there is no response.

Regret buying this pressure cooker Unlike previous cookers I’ve used there was a pop up button to indicate when pressure was reached so you could start timing the foods No idea when pressure is reached on this model, nothing in the flimsy instruction manual Do not recommend this item
