एक्सचेंज के समय दोनों बॉक्स ओपन कर पूरी तरीके से जो कमी हो उसे पूरा करना चाहिए
प्रोडक्ट कंपनी वाले शायद चेक ही नहीं करते कि ये पानी फिल्टर है नीचे वाले कंपार्टमेंट में नल वाला होल होना चाहिए आटा स्टोर करने वाला नीचे कंपार्टमेंट लगा कर भेज देते और एक्सचेंज में जो मिसिंग या खराब सामान है वो एक्सचेंज करना चाहिए। ऐसा कुछ नहीं होता खराब वाला प्रोडक्ट सब दे दीजिए और न्यू बॉक्स ले लीजिए फिर उसमें एक दूसरा समस्य बस इसी में लगे रहिए
