These chairs are incredibly comfortable, and I highly recommend them. I would say they are the best desk chairs I’ve ever sat in from the cushioned seat, to the adjustable arm rest and everything in between, I'm very happy with this purchase. I sit at my desk all day for work, so I needed a new chair. The great reviews sold me on these, but I wasn’t sure whether I would want a headrest. I ended up getting two of their padded-armrest chairs, one with a headrest and one without so I could compare the two. The chairs are pretty much identical, except the one without the headrest has a slightly larger seat. I’m shorter than average, but even the larger seat was still very comfortable for me. The headrest is convenient because it allows me to lean my head back and relax instead of constantly leaning forward, which helps prevent tech neck. Since I’m on the shorter side, I’m still working on finding the perfect position for the headrest, but it’s still really nice to have. Both chairs were easy for one person to assemble, and the materials and overall quality feel very well made. However, the biggest praise I want to give is to their customer service. It is honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced from an online company. They provided a direct phone number with the packaging, and when I had a question, I called and was connected straight to a live person. She was extremely helpful and even called me back on a weekend, just as she had promised. I actually missed her call, but she called back later to make sure I received her voicemail. I will definitely continue shopping with this company. There truly wasn’t a single thing I was disappointed with. Great chairs, great quality, and exceptional customer service!

Great Price, Easy Assembly, and Truly Comfortable for Long Workdays — We Even Bought a Second One I originally went looking for the Leaf Brand ergonomic chair, but this one caught my eye because it looked almost identical and came at a much better price point for my budget. I spend a lot of time at my desk and computer, so I really needed a chair that would give me proper support without costing a fortune. When it arrived, I appreciated right away that the assembly wasn’t complicated. I had it put together quickly, and everything fit securely without frustration. Once I sat down, I knew I made the right choice. The adjustable lumbar support is one of my favorite features — you can customize it exactly where your back needs it, which makes a huge difference during long work sessions. The breathable mesh material keeps air flowing so you’re not sticking to the chair in the summer. And the armrests are fully adjustable — you can change the height or lift them completely out of the way if you prefer working without them. I loved this chair so much that I ended up purchasing a second one for my husband’s office. He needed something comfortable and supportive too, and this chair has been perfect for him as well. I really liked this chair. It's comfortable and feels quite sturdy and stable. The lumbar support is very helpful, especially when I spend a lot of time sitting. I guess I misread the size this chair is intended for (description says 54”-62” - but I saw it as 5 foot 4 to 6 foot 2 because of the 300 lbs weight limit) - I mean, I guess that’s really my fault.. but seriously, WHO IS 300lbs and 4 foot 6? So needless to say the lumbar support is in the totally wrong place for me being 6 ft - but I’m sure it’s well placed if you’re a petite person for which it was intended. Anyway, I’m keeping it because it works for my daughter that is 5’ 6” (she says it’s “super comfy”) and the chair design looks really sharp and modern (we got the Gray on White frame). The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because there’s no way the seat cushion can handle 300lbs, I’m only 210 and my butt fell asleep after 2 hours of sitting in it.. also, the arms flex so much using them to get up out of the seat I’m afraid they will snap under my weight (again, I’m not even close to the 300lb weight limit it’s intended for). While the lumbar adjustment goes in and out towards or away from your back, it’s good to note that it does NOT adjust up or down. Props to the mfr for keeping the parts to a minimal and reusing the same screw sizes for most of the build, that was helpful so I didn’t have to worry if I was using the correct screw lengths or washers.. they also include a really nice T Allen wrench instead of the standard L style (which is a super nice touch) - so all this kept the assembly simple and I was done in less than 20 minutes. Putting my misunderstanding to the side, the reason this gets dinged a star is due to the seat having weak arms, thinner than expected seat padding, and the inability to adjust the lumbar support up/down.. other than that it’s actually a good solid and stylish chair for somebody in the 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 foot, sub 200lb demographic.

I am very happy with this chair and would absolutely give it 5 stars. It is incredibly comfortable, and one of my favorite features is the wider seat. I'm 5'8 and 126lbs, so I don't necessarily NEED a wide chair, but I LOVE not feeling cramped while sitting. I tend to tuck one leg up in a sort of half-crossed position, and this chair is perfect for that siting style. The flip-up armrests are another huge plus! They lift completely out of the way, allowing me to slide the entire chair neatly under my desk when I'm not using it, which helps save space. The lumbar support is adjustable and provides great support. Because I tend to sit closer to the edge of the seat, I still prefer using an additional lumbar cushion. However, for anyone who naturally sits further back in the chair, the adjustable lumbar support would be ideal. The headrest is also adjustable up and down, making it easy to find a comfortable position. The mesh material feels high-quality, supportive and breathable which I really appreciate considering I work from home and am in this chair for long periods of time. Assembly was straightforward as well. I put it together by myself in about 30 minutes to an hour and I wasn't rushing. The instructions were easy to follow, and all of the pieces were clearly labeled. The only small issue I encountered was that one black washer was missing from the hardware pack. Fortunately, I had a spare from another piece of furniture, so it wasn't a problem for me. Overall, this chair exceeded my expectations. It's comfortable, adjustable, well-designed, and versatile enough to accommodate different sitting styles. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive office desk chair.

I have now had quite a few months with this chair. I cannot rate it higher than a 3 since this chair, despite loving the color and it as a whole, has a huge design mistake. The mesh on the upper lumbar support after some usage stretches so that the plastic bar underneath it digs into your back at an unfortunate spot. I had strange back pain for a week which I assumed was me adjusting to the new lumbar support, before I realized it came from the chair itself. I can only use this chair with a blanket folded over the lumbar area to not have the plastic dig into my back. You could also use a cushion. I am a little annoyed that I cannot use the chair without modification as this should have been found in design. I am also surprised to see no other reviews about this. There is absolutely no reason to return the chair as it works well as a chair just a little annoyed that I cannot use it as is.

Eu simplesmente amei, super confortável e dá para ver que vai durar, comprei outra com valor bem menor aqui mesmo na amazon e não é nem perto conforto e robustez. vale o investimento, pois preciso ficar em média 8 horas ou mais sentada, então qualidade faz a diferença

Amazing chair! High quality.. the base material is all made of steal. The seat is wide and very comfortable. Easy and enjoyable assembly. Very neat. The fact that there are gloves included to wear for fixing the chair which is really cute! I am an amazon addict, I rarely leave reviews though, unless I am extremely happy or extremely disappointed with a product.
