Ok, so I literally ran here to review this as soon as I used it, this was the best $9 I have spent in awhile!! Bye bye glycerin suppositories :) I have struggled with constipation for years, and was honestly feeling pretty hopeless about it. This fixed the problem immediately! I feel better than I have in years! As for the reviews that say the clamp doesnt work, I am 100% sure that they are just putting it on wrong. It works wonderfully and as it should. It would have been nice if it came with instructions as to avoid that problem, but still worth the value, and savings compared to the other enema bags that are the same thing for substantially more money. Hopefully my picture helps people to see how the clamp should go on the hose so that it works. And as a bonus, it comes in cute colors! Its not an eye sore hanging in my shower. And can also double as just a hot water bottle for cramps or other ailments. I do suggest some lube to make insertion more comfortable. But other than that, its good to go out of the box! So search no more and buy this one. Hope this review helps others :)

For someone who is used to having a toilet side bidet sprayer, this was a great travel solution. Because it’s flexible it packs easily into a lumpy pile of clothing in a suitcase or backpack, and the size of the bag plus the hose and valve makes it much easier to use compared to a bulb enema. I hang it from a shower or towel rod and it gets enough gravity to create flow. It is also more sanitary because there is no back flow like in bulb products, making it easier to clean. The flow is slow and steady, so not quite a spray like I’m used to at home, but this is almost preferable in some ways for a thorough interior clean. Fully clasping the locking valve easily stops water flow, but i have my doubts about the longevity of that piece as the tooth that it locks into is insubstantial. The rest of the product and accessories all seem like quality stuff.

Works well. Great price for what it is and what you get. Easy to set up and use, though gravity is only going to drain about half of it (1L), but is easily solved by placing it at the end of the shower curtain rod and pressing with your flat hand against the bottle to slowly expel the rest of the contents of the bag. You will want to use the clamp to keep the water from flowing back up into the bag when hand pressure is released. It is easy to clean up, leaks often are a matter of something not being seated adequately (hose) or fitting into the bag. And it is probably as durable as any of the others out there. These are quite basic.

Many single use hot water bottles cannot be easily hung upside down to drain/dry. This unit meets that criterion.

Not by this no matter how you try to put the little bracket on to stop the hose from getting fluid out it doesn't stop it by the time you put it in for your enema half of it comes out all over the floor all over your blankets all over you and only some of it and do not buy it it does not work it doesn't shut off and it pours out fast

What can I say. It did the job the Dr. assigned to prior to my hospital visit. And cheap.

Just what I needed: doesn’t leak, rubber, holds the heat, and low price. Really recommend the item.
