Tasty but not that effective
I tried this without sugar and more water which means taste could have been not so good but to my surprise it was soooo good ! I put about one full scoop (scoop is included) . I don’t really see any difference after drinking it for a month. Best description abt taste is baskin robins chocolate ice cream
