Spent a little more on this than my last blue tooth and made the mistake of not testing it out right away. I decided to save it until I needed it which turned out to be 6 months later.The sound quality in this is spotty and I have been getting odd synthesizer noise in the background of conversations, often times distorting either my voice or the voice of the person I am speaking to. I have tried disconnecting it from my iPhone and resyncing which seemed to be a temporary fix. Turned the iPhone off and on to see if that would reset anything.Also, as far as comfort goes, this thing is a little awkward to wear and if you accidentally touch the wrong spot while adjusting it and you’re on the phone it’s easy to accidentally hang up on the person you’re talking to. Not a product I am happy with and I plan on contacting the company for a replacement.

I didnt like it and had to return it back. Was not at all comfortable on my ear, felt too heavy. The audio quality was poor. I had to push it inside my ear all the time when i was talking to someone. Also, as i was talking to someone, i turned on this bluetooth device expecting it to be connected so that i can hear/ from this headset. Guess what, this didnt happen. I have to open Bluetooth menu on my cell and actually connect it to the device every time i am turning on the this headset while being in a call. Not at all happy

Phone quality is good. Cute case. I keep mine in my case in my pocket. I like that.Call quality is good, both sides.But the little voice that says, "Power On." "Connected." and all that. Yeah, that sucks. That's so distorted that I have to listen carefully to make out what she says. But I know what she's going to say, so it's no more than just irritating.For all the things that one buys a Bluetooth earpiece for, it works fine.

I can’t say enough good things about this headset. It is lightweight the sound quality is excellent the battery life 2 1/2 days solid I have never had one problem and I’ve been using it now for over a year. Whenever this little headset ever decides to die I hope this same product is still available because I would definitely buy again . Thank you so much for a well-made and affordable piece of technology. I use it every single day at my job in freezing weather and in hot humid weather and it still going strong. Good job keep up the good work.

The silly thing works but I guess it has too many parts in a compact space 'cause the indicator light (red/blue) no longer works so I don't know if it's charging or not.I get tired of buying these disposable wireless earpieces. I didn't keep the box or I would've asked for a refund (I may do it anyway...)

The sound is great, connectivity is great and taking is great. Besides that, the unit is poorly made. It feel apart when I dropped it from pocket height (3ft). The whole thing is put together with super glue. I can't screw anything together since it's all glued together.

I bought this for meetings at work over Skype. People often complain about not hearing me, due to my deep voice. It's rather large, but it's comfortable; I find myself wearing it even when I don't have to. My other headsets come off the moment the meeting is over. Given the price, 5 stars.

Started out working good and no problems. But it didn't last long. I went to use it one morning and it had fell to pieces. I tried to snap pieces back int place. It worked for that day, but then fell apart again and could not find all of the pieces to put it back together again.
