Excellent product, easy to set up.

Good product and does its job well .Have just begun to use it and do not know whether it is strong and lasting as It seems a little rickety and moves a bit when one is starting to raise it , but becomes smoother as one conitues to raise. Costs a bit more than expected

This product is well designed product and very useful for elderly who need help raising in the bed. My mother was hospitalized and was brought home. I ordered this for her as she was immobile and it was delivered very promptly. It took me 2 mins to setup and viola everything worked and I could raise my mother to feed her very easily and comfortably. No hassles at all. I love the fact that both rails and handle can be used on either side of the bed. The product is very sturdy and easy to use. It just makes a little noise but that can be ignored because of the usefulness of it all. Thanks to everyone involved. Regards.

I am writing a review for the very first time since I liked the product so much. It fulfills all the requirement for a bed ridden patient. The best part is you don’t need to keep a hospital bed in your home and even the patient feels more comfortable n secure in their own bed.

Worst possible service...defective product sent , side rod meant for raising backrest missing ...package torn at all four corners....and when replacement requested , they shamelessly sent back the exact same package torn at the same places...

This is a great addition to a standard single bed to make it more convenient, the handle works very well. Some product enhancements will make it even better; 1. Option to fix the crank from either side 2. Pins on the side / pillow guard could be a bit more robust 3. Some sort of clamping arrangement to clamp this unit to the cot would have been helpful
