We all secretly wait for the product we just bought to do the opposite of what the product claims to do ......or just plain fail. Didn’t happen yet. We wait to get mad that it leaks or kinks .....not this one! Solid piece of garden equipment right here. 3 stars for the AWESOME hose. Minus 2 stars for the handheld sprayer. 2stars off because the sprayer is a big part of the hose package I bought. here is what happened in my situation...... 3 of the 6 or 7 spray options are defective (not clogged- I checked that) so I can’t wash my truck/gently shower my veggies/grass/ or use the flood option to soak stuff etc. It’s either jet spray and dig holes at Mach 6 or mist things and take forever. Kinda annoying. I am critical of the things I buy on amazon or at brick and mortar stores. I pay full price and expect it to work as advertised The good: There is an auto handle-lock that allows you to set it down and walk away while it continues to water things. It decreases in length (saves space) when you kill the water. My dad kinda lets his rest inside a Home Depot bucket when not in use. Quality brass on both ends and a gate valve built into the brass handle-end for instant total shut off. I am still impressed each time I use it—-having had it for 1 week. I will replace all my future hoses with this type. 5 stars if the sprayer gets replaced

I bought this hose for $19.99 and wasn't sure how well it would be built. I have had the poket hose and it was great but didn't last 2 seasons. This is made with metal fittings and came with a really nice quality nozzle. Similar hoses on Amazon are selling for $10 - $20 dollars more and they look the same. I was going to buy a second one as I really like the quality and price so i hope they offer this again for the same price. Currently out of stock and no timeline on when it will be available again. :(

Hose feels sturdy and tightly knit . Coils well , seems to handle water pressure with ease. Is easy to use, smart looking and easy to store. I have had these flex hoses in the past. My biggest complaint to date is their longevity. Will not know for a while if this one is built to last. Seems at present to have the strength and toughness of a good, functional, smart and storage easy hose. I like it so far. A Lot.

I have purchased three of Ovareo hoses and found them to be very easy to use and store. One of the three sprang a leak and when I emailed Ovareo and told them I would like to get a replacement as guaranteed. No questions asked and they sent me a new hose. I we’ll be a customer for life and I have recommended the hose to my family and friends.

Just purchased a second one. Great hose but lasted only 11 months. I never leave pressure on the hose and tuck it out of the sun each use. Only used for light watering, not with sprinkler. That said, if you are willing to purchase a new hose that is easy to handle and store, and replace it once a year, try this one. Advice - fill out the warranty.

Moved into a condo, got rid of my other hoses, needed a hose to water some landscaping and some seedlings, this hose isgreat. It is compact, stores easily and is light weight. What I always hated about other hoses was the winding -up and the kinking and draining out the water. This hose drains easily, folds up and stores in the bag that comes with it and It is compact enough to leave in a water bucket. Also the nozzle that comes with it is an added bonus, providing for all my spraying needs. A five star product.

Had to throw this out after a month it was leaking everywhere and flooded my yard. I bought two hoses, one for the front and one for the back, and they both were doing this so badly that they flooded my yard.That said, I was keeping the water on through the hose all the time. I had a timer device for a sprinkler, and due to the way these hoses expand when there is water in them, I had to use it that way to keep the sprinkler positioned in the yard where it needed to be. I have heard that these type of hoses have issues when used in that way.If there was some kind of product warning about this, I didn't see it. The shut-off valve and spray nozzle attachment work fine. The fittings on either end do not leak and seem like good quality. So I'll add a star for that I guess.I recommend buying a normal hose unless you REALLY need the expanding feature.

We ordered this hose and sprayer to water the pots on our patio and move to the flower beds to water plants. The hose is perfect for this, lightweight, easy to store on a hose stand, and much easier to move around the yard than a heavy rubber hose. My husband was skeptical at first, but loves it and wants to order more for the front and side yards. This hose is such a relief after years of hauling big heavy hoses around to keep everything watered in the hot Texas sun.
