Don't buy this if you are lactose sensitive by the other version Nakpro platinum plus whey isolate protein

Good product for beginners
I'm writing review after using this product for almost more then 6 months. This is the first ever whey isolate product for me. Early I was skeptical on this product as in market there are many high ends product so ignoring them and trying with product with no name in market like nakpro anyone would not recommend it, but keeping aside all kinds of rumors and reviews I went buying with this product and after using it for more then 6 months it is one of the best products and can compete with other branded products. 1. Chocolate flavour is one of the best. 2. Good absorption, can really digest easily. 3. Economical then other branded whey isolate in market

Good in taste and no side effects
I don't go for gym and I am sedentary for most of the day. I take a half scoop every day to have strength for the full day. For now I don't have side effects and the taste is too good.
