Toys Studio Series Leader Class Age of Extinction Optimus Prime, 8.5-inch Converting Action Figure, Ages 8+

He is incredibly faithful to the movie. Although he does have a bit of a backpack, they did an incredible job recreating what is effectively a near-impossible figure to translate from the movies to a toy. Transformation is awesome and the alt modes is just as good as the robot mode. Tons of accessories, very posable, and ended up being one of my favorite Optimus figures I have.

My son loves this toy and he plays with it a lot it's still in one piece so it's definitely a high quality material

This figure, first and foremost, is a little expensive for its general quality. However, when it comes to optimus primes on the market, he is not the worst choice at all. He’s not quite as big as I was expecting, but his mold is possibly the most detailed of any transformer I own. His plastic is tough (besides the backpack/front of the truck, you’ll be fine as long as you don’t go driving him violently into walls), and even the tiny details have a lot of strength. Of my Optimus Prime figures, I have the Siege voyager class, the Cyberverse deluxe class, and the studio series revenge of the fallen voyager class figures along with this one, and compared to those, this one has a huge advantage over them in articulation, detail, and screen-accuracy. His biggest problem is that his vehicle form is incredibly difficult to convert, and while the truck does look pretty good, it is lacking in frame strength, wheel usability, and if you drive it on carpet it is certain to get stuck.

A pretty great Optimus Prime figure, definitely the best AOE Prime so far (IMO). Pros: Good articulation, not too many truck bits hanging off him, decent accessories. Cons: Not nearly enough paint in robot mode, have to take apart shield to reveal gun, price is a good bit too high, he's really only Voyager size but he costs $55. I got him on Prime Day for $35 & I think he's definitely worth that price but honestly $55 is too much Hasbro.

Honestly I was very skeptical in buying this figure since I already have the Yolopark AMK Pro Series of AOE/TLK Optimus Prime. But it just oddly felt like a good idea to at least see how he is in my hands, since the photos online didn't really persuade me. And man, I love this SS figure so much. It's a lot of fun, easily Hasbro and TT's best attempt at making AOE/TLK Prime into an action figure! If you're on the fence about this, I will say, I was too. But for me it's definitely worth the buy. It also scales really well with my SS AOE Galvatron. Such a cool fig!

Great product, new addition to my collection. Intact box, no damage. Note. The figure itself is around a little bit above 7 inch in height, although its written 8.5 on the description.
