Fit my car just fine
The gasket fit my car just fine. Needed a new catalytic convertor got a walker one so I got these as well. So far so good and the price was not bad at all.

It's a gasket
It's an exhaust gasket. Nothing special, goes between the cat and resonator on a '99 Grand Prix GT. Looks similar to the old one I scraped off when replacing the resonator and tailpipe. Would be dumb not to replace it if you're taking the resonator off for whatever reason.
