Specialist product, yours in domestic quantity & at what seems a reasonable price. If you're already familiar w high tech cooking, this will be great. But no usage guidance or instructions included & what normal household has scales that weigh in units under 5g? So, bit tricky to work out the How To (internet info is patchy & unreliable). So far one experiment - result 60% successful in terms of desired outcome.
