Beaware do not buy as they have bad customer service. I have been chasing them from last 1+ month and not getting my complaint resolved. They send engineer and he said that the PCB need to be replaced and then after that they closed the request without any solution. If you are ready to be without fan for months then only go for smart fan.

1 I received these fan in good packing and fast delivery so thanks for Amazon 2 I call to local Crompton service centre but no response for installation. 3 when I call tu local mechanic and install both are fans ceiling fans installation very hard and mechanic charge Rs700 on ceiling fan . 4 cealing fan good looking but LED light very heavy I think not useful in the room. 5 remote control very poor quality.

A very poor product as a firm statement. Crompton is not worth for the price or such products. Countless follow-ups for the Installations and finally after 1 week when technician arrived and fixed it. Surprise... Its a Faulty product and just doesnt work. Now they want to change the PCB and see if that works. Its a pathetic experience and just not worth it. Pls dont buy such products. While Amazon folks are helpful the brand is just not trustworthy.
