When I received it, I found out that this product comes in 2 rolls, and both of them are the 2 Velcro sides that stick together. It also comes with scissors and a small roll of measuring tape. The knitting needles slide in and out perfectly. The Velcro is strong (it sticks together) yet it didn’t scratch the needles. Of course, is one of the many ways you can use this product.
